Pay for Overtime Worked. An employee who is required to work overtime shall be compensated at one and one-half (1½) times the hourly rate paid to the employee computed on the basis of her/his normal working hours.   • No Layoff to Compensate for Overtime Employees shall not be required to layoff during regular hours to equalize any overtime worked.
