Planning and Evaluation Clause Samples
The PLANNING AND EVALUATION clause establishes the framework for how parties will collaboratively develop, review, and assess project plans and objectives throughout the course of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the processes for setting milestones, monitoring progress, and evaluating outcomes, often requiring regular meetings or reports to ensure alignment with agreed goals. Its core function is to promote transparency and accountability, ensuring that both parties remain informed and engaged in the project's direction and performance, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating timely adjustments if needed.
