The Program Support clause defines the obligations and resources that one party must provide to assist in the successful execution of a program or project. This may include supplying personnel, technical assistance, training, or access to necessary facilities and information. By clearly outlining these support requirements, the clause ensures that both parties understand their roles and responsibilities, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and facilitating smooth program implementation.
Program Support. The Recipient and/or designee under this Agreement shall make available to the Provider, its employees and/or agents in the course of their delivery of services under this Agreement the following facilities and/or resources to assist provider in the quality delivery of services: As mutually agreed upon by the Provider and participating school Principal.
Program Support. University will provide certain services for the Bevo Bucks programs, which shall include, but shall not be limited to (i) managing an office to open and close contract accounts and accept deposits; (ii) answering questions about the program; (iii) managing the databases of Debit Accounts and Merchant accounts; (iv) promoting and marketing the Bevo Bucks program; (v) having available 24-hour emergency desks to handle reports of lost or stolen cards; and (vi) maintaining the CPU and software to operate the Bevo Bucks program.

Program Support. NMG shall not take any action that Bank reasonably concludes is materially inconsistent with the Program Objectives or otherwise materially adversely affects the Program or Bank’s private label Credit Card business.
Program Support. Pier 1 shall not take any action that Bank reasonably concludes is materially inconsistent with the Program Objectives or otherwise materially adversely affects the Program or Bank’s relations with the Cardholders in any material respect. Program Support. The RECIPIENT and/or designee under this Agreement shall do the following to assist PROVIDER in the quality delivery of services: i) Ensure that each school within the district has a minimum of one highly qualified health room personnel (i.e. RN, LPN, Health Aide) to provide basic school health services including first aid to injured students and staff, everyday care of acutely ill children and chronically ill children, and manages health care for children with communicable diseases. ii) Ensure that at least two school staff members, excluding health room staff, are currently certified by a nationally recognized certifying agency to provide first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. iii) Ensure that at least two school staff members, excluding health room staff, are trained in the administration of medication and provision of medical services as required by 1006.062 F.S. iv) Annually update each student’s emergency card. v) Assure that each child who is entitled to admittance to a RECIPIENT school is in compliance with 1003.
Program Support. 4.9.2.1 Utilize established SOPs and timelines to configure eBRAP for each FOA for draft review and testing, modify as necessary, and complete final posting upon approval by Government POCs. Maintain master eBRAP FOA set up document of all configuration parameters (i.e. FOA options, compliance requirements, and research classifications).

Both parties agree to use best efforts to agree on such cost of care savings and commitments prior to the Part D bid submission date.
