Programme of Work. The Participants may periodically agree on a Programme of Work outlining the overall plan of activities to be carried out under this Agreement.
(a) The Executive Committee shall ensure that activities outlined in any Programme of Work are consistent with the objectives outlined in Article 1.
(b) The Executive Committee may approve the Programme of Work on an annual basis by a majority vote.
Programme of Work. 2.1 The Recipient shall deliver the Project in accordance with the Programme of Work, identified in Annex B. The Project will be carried out by the Recipient under the supervision of the Project Manager appointed by the Recipient named at Clause 31.
2.2 The Centre Director will be responsible for all technical and programmatic matters relating to this Programme of Work, as detailed in Clause 30.
2.3 The Funds Manager Contract Manager is responsible for all contractual matters relating to this Contract as detailed in Clause 31.
2.4 If in the opinion of the Recipient it should become desirable to make a change to the above Programme of Work, the Recipient will consult and obtain written agreement from the Centre Director before implementing any changes.
Programme of Work. At the time of acceptance of the order (or other such period as agreed within the terms of the contract) MIB shall confirm the FCA delivery date. If required under the contract, MIB shall also provide a detailed production schedule. Once this schedule is agreed, MIB shall make its best endeavour to meet the delivery’s deadlines.

Programme of Work. As a part of the FSA’s Business Planning process for each of the financial years covered by this MoU the FSA and the WHoTS Regional Feed Group will agree an annual programme of work which will consist of the specific animal feed official controls to be undertaken. Following agreement of the work plan the FSA will issue a Purchase Order which funds the forecasted costs.
Programme of Work. 5.1. Taking into account the requests from within NATO, as coordinated by HQ SACT, those of the Participants, as well as suggestions made by Partners, and taking also the respective financial impact into account, the Director will, in accordance with Annex C, prepare and submit the draft of the POW to the SC for the following calendar year. Upon submission by the Director, the SC will consider all requests for services and products, including associated costs and income, and will then approve the POW for the NATO StratCom ▇▇▇, in accordance with Annex B.
5.2. Additional out-of-cycle requests will be received by the Director, submitted for consideration to the SC and, if approved, handled in accordance with appropriate procedures.
Programme of Work. 3.1 HSE shall perform the relevant functions in accordance with a costed two-year programme of work and the Secretary of State’s requirements for environmental protection. The agreed Programme of work is set out in Annex B. The Programme may be updated and revised to cover any requirements that may change in line with the arrangements described in paragraph 3.2 of this Annex. A separate MoU and Agency Agreement, to include an agreed programme of work, will be put in place with the Devolved Administrations of Scotland and Wales.
3.2 The Parties agree that material changes to the Programme will be by mutual consent, made by a written addendum to this MoU and reflect the Secretary of State’s current requirements for environmental protection and any additional requirements for inspection and enforcement. The Programme will also, as appropriate, include details or take account of:
a. the expected number of planned inspection visits and the procedure to be used for prioritising them as well as the capacity of inspectors and members of the inspection team to respond to urgent needs;
b. the staff, management and training arrangements for the inspection team, including the grade of each member of it, and the proportion of their time allocated to the relevant functions;
c. the development of inspection procedures and instructions, including the procedures and warrants necessary for the exercise of rights of entry to and inspection of premises and the taking of samples under section 115 of the 1990 Act;
▇. proposed arrangements for liaison with and support from other bodies and inspectorates;
▇. proposed arrangements for liaison with the Secretary of State’s officials and for attendance at meetings of the Advisory Committee on Releases to the Environment (ACRE);
▇. proposed arrangements for dialogue, nationally and internationally, with scientists, technologists and professional societies and other organisations on matters relating to environmental aspects of inspection and enforcement in connection with the relevant functions; and
g. proposals for support and advice to the Secretary of State on the development of standards, technical guidance and publications in connection with environmental aspects of the relevant functions.
Programme of Work. 3.1 The Contractor will carry out on behalf of the HSE a Programme of Work (hereinafter called the "Work") as detailed in Schedule A to this Contract.
3.2 The Contractor shall organise and conduct the entire Work, in consultation with the HSE where appropriate, and provide all necessary resources of personnel, materials, services and equipment, except for such resources that may be provided by the HSE at its discretion.
3.3 No undertaking shall be deemed to have been made by the HSE in respect of the total quantities or values of the services to be ordered pursuant to this contract and the Contractor acknowledges and agrees that it has not entered into this contract on the basis of any such undertaking.
Programme of Work. 16.1 Grassed areas shall be cut from April to October. The five cuts shall be spaced within this period to ensure that quality and standards are maintained.
16.2 The Contractor shall keep the Administrator informed of the number of cuts undertaken and regularly present the Administrator with an updated programme of work.
16.3 Once a cut has commenced, work will continue on consecutive days until the cut is completed.
Programme of Work. The Operating Agent shall each year prepare and submit to the Executive Committee, at its last annual meeting for unanimous approval a draft Programme of Work for
(1) a list of subjects to be investigated, as well as a list of entities involved;
(2) a description of the Task Activities;
(3) the number of person-years and amount of money involved for each Participant or Task Participant;
(4) a time schedule with relevant milestones;
(5) a definition of results which are expected to be freely available to the Participants;
(6) information on legal restrictions for information distribution and data dissemination;
(7) evidence of Participants’ contributions and benefits, the objective being to achieve a fair cost/benefit ratio among Participants with due regard to each Participant’s technical and financial possibilities.
