Project Materials Sample Clauses
The "Project Materials" clause defines what materials, documents, or deliverables are created, used, or provided during the course of a project. It typically specifies which party is responsible for supplying these materials, outlines any requirements for their format or quality, and may address issues such as ownership, licensing, or return of materials at the project's end. By clearly delineating the expectations and responsibilities regarding project materials, this clause helps prevent disputes over deliverables and ensures both parties understand their obligations.
