The "Rates of Remuneration" clause defines the specific payment amounts or structures that will be used to compensate a party for their services under the agreement. Rates of Remuneration. TCH supports the principle of pay parity for nurses and accepts that pay parity with the NZNO/DHB MECA represents an appropriate benchmark. The parties will continue to work towards achieving this goal.

Rates of Remuneration. Rates of remuneration shall be determined in accordance with the following definitions and scales. Allowances are payable in terms of the provisions of the relevant clause detailing qualification for payment.
Rates of Remuneration. 2.1 Apply the following increases to base salaries and lump sums payments as set out below. The increase applies to printed and paid rates of employees covered by this CA. Refer to Appendices 1 and 2 of this ToS for pay bands / pay scales:
2.2 Year 1 – Pay Increase Note: This increase to paid rates will have the effect of retaining pay rates and pay frameworks for employees covered by this PAKS CA that are different to the ex MoH pay bands in Appendices 1 and 2 of this ToS.
2.3 Year 1 – Lump Sum Note: For avoidance of doubt, this lump sum is payable to PSA members within coverage of the HPA CA (which is incorporated into this CA) and to PSA members who will move to be within coverage of the National Administration CA. The reason for this is that there is no entitlement to the $750 lump sum as a result of transition to the National Health Administration CA. This preserves consistency across the workforce that has been within coverage during the negotiations.
Rates of Remuneration. 13.1 Rates of pay negotiated under this Agreement (Refer Annexure "A") shall remain at least equal to those provided for under the Determination (Clause 16).
13.2 The current rates as specified in the Determination (General Carriers Contract Determination) (Schedule 4) shall be used to calculate the equivalent remuneration under the determination.
13.3 For the purpose of conducting productivity analysis and costing, all work performed is on a job-by-job basis. The start time for each job, is the arrival time at the first leg of the job (or requested start time, if the Contract Carrier is required to be early) and concludes with the completion of work at the final leg of the same job. For the avoidance of doubt, travel from and to the Contract Carriers residence or location other than the pick-up and delivery points will not be regarded as the starting or finishing time for any job.
13.4 The Company shall carry out a review of the difference between actual remuneration paid to Contract carriers and the equivalent Contract Determination rate at the end of each 2 month period. Contract carriers shall be reimbursed for any differences between the rate paid under this Agreement and the equivalent rate under the Determination within 14 days of the end of each 2 month period. For the exercise, the Company will utilize the start time from the first job, (including travel time between all subsequent jobs), travel to the finish time of the last job less .5 hour lunch break, as set out in the determination under provision 5, plus 30 minutes travel time.
13.5 The parties agree to review the current rate structure by mutual consent after 6 months have elapsed from registration date. The company may also discuss box rates / agreements for certain tasks with drivers if it is in the interest of both parties to do so, and agreed to by the yard committee. Any agreement will be added as an addendum to the agreed rate schedule.
Rates of Remuneration. The rates shown below shall be paid to any SMO who works during the RMO strike in 2019 without their normal level and/or quality of RMO support because of the RMO strike(s) and their duties becoming more onerous as a consequence of having to work harder and faster or postpone work.
Rates of Remuneration. 9.1 Commencing on the first pay period beginning on or after the approval of this Agreement, the Company will vary rates of pay for all employees by 4%. To avoid doubt, Appendix A of this Agreement contains the rates of pay for all employees following this variation.
9.2 The wage increase referred to in clause 9.1 shall be backdated to 1 July 2003 in the first full pay period after the parties enter into this Agreement.
9.3 The Company will make a further variation of 3.5% to all rates of pay from the commencement of the first pay period on or after 1 July 2004.
9.4 The Company will make a further variation of 3.5% or CPI, whichever is the greater, to all rates of pay from the commencement of the first pay period on or after 1 July 2005.
9.5 The rates of pay contained within Appendix A are inclusive of the industry disability allowance. Other than the industry disability allowance, any applicable and allowable allowances shall be paid in addition to the rates of pay contained in Appendix A.
9.6 To avoid doubt, the measure of CPI shall be the weighted average of eight capital cities (excluding housing prices) for the most recent twelve-month period available at the time the increases referred to in clause 9.4 falls due.
Rates of Remuneration. 10.1 The Company agrees to grant to the contract carriers an increase on their labour component (which is 55% of their hourly rate) of 3.0% from 26 April 2006, a further compounding increase of 4.0% from 28 February 2007, a further compounding increase of 4.0% from 28 February 2007, and a further compounding increase of 4.0% from 27 February 2008, a further compounding increase of 0.67% from 25 February 2009.
10.2 The rates paid to contract carriers shall be adjusted at the same time as the increase for the labour component falls due.
(a) The rates will be adjusted in a method consistent with that used to adjust the Transport Industry General Carriers Contract Determination.
(b) Subject to sub clause (a) above the labour component shall be as per the appropriate rate as set out in the Star Track Express - TWU Enterprise Bargaining Agreement November 2004 –

The Company may also discuss box rates/ agreements for certain tasks with Contract Carriers if it is in the interest of both parties to do so, and agreed to by the Yard Advisory Committee.-Any agreement will be added as an addendum to the Agreement Rate Table.
Rates of Remuneration. There are set out in SCHEDULE 4.9.4 the rates of remuneration and the pension and other benefits paid to or provided for each of Seller's employees as of the date of this Agreement.
