Recognition of Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent and representative for all persons employed or engaged within the Union’s territorial jurisdiction in the classifications listed in ARTICLE 12 as well as all persons engaged to perform substantially the same work as those classifications listed in ARTICLE 12, all of whom are called “Employees”. Any dispute concerning whether any person is included in the bargaining unit shall be resolved under the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure. Nothing in this paragraph or in ARTICLE 3.5 below is intended, nor shall it be construed, either to enlarge or diminish the work customarily and usually performed by Employees in the bargaining unit nor is it intended to diminish or enlarge that work customarily and usually performed by persons not in the bargaining unit.
Recognition of Bargaining Unit. The City hereby recognizes the Bothell Police Captains Union as the exclusive bargaining representative, for the purposes stated in R.C.W. 41.56, of all Captains of the Bothell Police Department.

For clarity, the term paramedical employee includes: such classifications as occupational therapists, speech therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, therapeutic and administrative dietitians, registered and non-registered pathological technologists, radiological technologists (radiography), radiological technologists (nuclear medicine), registered and non-registered respiratory technologists, registered and non-registered EEG, ECG and opthamology technicians, registered and non-registered ultrasound technologists, glaucoma technicians, ear-nose and throat technicians, cardiovascular technicians, electroencephalographists, electrical shock therapists, laboratory technicians, laboratory assistants, electronic technicians, psychometrists, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, psychologists, remedial gymnasts, medical records librarians, social workers, child careworkers, nutritionists, dental health educators and bio-medial technicians. The Board notes the agreement of the parties that “paramedical personnel” also includes psychometry technicians, chiropodists, parental instructors, audiologists, research assistants, dental assistants, perfusionists, clinical instructors, medical photographers, technical assistants, entrostomol therapists, respiratory therapists, hyperbaric controllers, hyperbaric attendants and heath records administrators. It is agreed that the above clarification will not result in displacing any employees presently considered by the parties to be in the bargaining unit.
Recognition of Bargaining Unit. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all regular Full-Time, regular Part-Time and Temporary Registered Nurses, and Licensed Practical Nurses except for the Unit Directors and other persons described in paragraph (a) and (b) of subsection 2 of Section 2 of the Trade Union Act.

Recognition of Bargaining Unit. (a) In accordance with and subject to the Negotiation Protocol and the Bargaining Authorization and Voluntary Recognition Agreement as attached, the CMPA and the Producer recognize the District Councils as the exclusive bargaining agent for and representative of all Guild Members, with respect to those job classifications set out in each District Council Schedule and with respect to minimum rates and all other minimum terms and conditions of engagement of all persons engaged by the Producer to perform duties under this Agreement. (b) In accordance with and subject to the Negotiation Protocol and the Bargaining Authorization and Voluntary Recognition Agreement as attached, each District Council recognizes the CMPA as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent and representative with respect to Production which is subject to this Agreement. (c) Subject to Article 2.07, the geographic scope of this Agreement shall relate to programs produced in the territorial jurisdictions of: i. the Alberta District Council (Alberta and Northwest Territories), ii. the Saskatchewan District Council (Saskatchewan),

Operations - see article VI Wages tables for positions 2. Maintenance - see article VI Wages tables for positions Excluding all temporary (less than thirty [30] days) employees, Supervisors, Administrative, Technical and Professional Support Staff and all other positions in the Grand Rapids Community College.
Recognition of Bargaining Unit. The Board recognizes the Association and its representatives as the sole and exclusive representative of all certified/licensed teachers, employed under regular contracts and full- time licensed adult technical personnel. Excluded: Superintendent, Directors, Assistant Directors, all teachers employed under hourly contracts, all noncertificated employees, and any other confidential, supervisor or management level employees defined in Section 4117.01 of the Ohio Revised Code.
