The RECORDING PRESENCE clause establishes whether and how the presence of individuals at meetings, events, or proceedings may be recorded, either through audio, video, or other means. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which recording is permitted, such as requiring prior consent from participants or specifying the types of recordings allowed. Its core practical function is to protect the privacy of attendees and ensure all parties are aware of and agree to any form of documentation or surveillance, thereby preventing disputes or unauthorized use of recorded material.
RECORDING PRESENCE. Except as otherwise ordered, properties must be closed to the public after normal business hours. Properties also may be closed to the public in emergency situations and at such times as may be necessary for the orderly conduct of business. Admission to properties when such properties are closed to the public may be limited to authorized individuals who may be required to sign the register and display identification documents when requested by security force personnel or other authorized individuals.
RECORDING PRESENCE. The Service Provider shall direct its employees to sign in when reporting for work, and to sign out when leaving at the end of their period of duty. The Service Provider's supervisory and regular personnel are required to register at the applicable work site(s) and shall use GSA Form 139, Record of Arrival and Departure from Buildings during normal duty hours or other forms designated by ICE. The Government shall specify the registration points, which will be at the protected premises, and the Service Provider must utilize those points for this purpose. Officers, working as supervisors, shall make the designation "Supervisor" in the rank column on GSA Form 139, Record of Arrival and Departure from Buildings during normal duty hours, or other forms designated by ICE; all others will enter "On Duty." The applicable post or position numbers may be entered in the "relief' column after mutual concurrence between ICE and the Service Provider. Each line on GSA Form 139, Record of Arrival and Departure from Buildings during normal duty hours, or other forms designated by ICE must be completed in chronological order, without exception. Lines may not be left blank between signatures. If an entire line is used to enter a calendar date to separate individual workdays, a one-line limit for each date entered will be followed. Erasures, obliterations, superimposed, or double entries of any type on anyone line are unacceptable and will not be processed for payment. If errors are made in signatures, times, post numbers, or duty status on this form, the next line immediately following the line containing such errors, will be used to record all corrected information. A single line will be drawn through the entire line on which such mistakes appear. The Service Provider must attach a detailed memorandum explaining the reasons for the mistakes to each form containing erroneous entries.
RECORDING PRESENCE. A. Teachers shall indicated their presence for duty by signing their initials in the appropriate column, if on time, or be specifying the exact time, if late. Teachers shall sign their initials in the appropriate column when leaving school.
B. Tardiness of employees shall be governed by Policy 4151 of the Elmwood Park Board of Education as it is applicable to employees covered by this Agreement.
C. Commencing school year, 1994-1995, the start of the school day for elementary school students shall be 8:45 A.M. All teaching staff members shall report for work and be available for assignment no less than fifteen minutes prior to the start of day for students.
D. 1. The administration shall assign, at the option of the administration, teachers to classes during X and 0 periods. X period shall commence one period prior to the start of school for students. 0 period shall be for one period to commence at the end of the regular school day for students. Teachers so assigned shall be compensated in an amount equal to a pro-rata percentage of their base salary (1/8). No loss of compensation shall be incurred for use of sick day under Article XIII or temporary leave of absence under Article XIV. Compensation shall be paid on the 30th day of each month.
2. The administration shall have option to assign teachers to one additional teaching assignment during periods 1-8 in addition to teacher assignments provided for in Article XXIII.
3. A teacher with five teaching periods may be assigned one additional teaching period during X or 0; or during the regular school days in the place of a supervision period.
4. A teacher with more than five teaching periods may be assigned one additional teaching period only during X or 0 period and extra help will be given prior to home room each day for those teachers assigned to an 0 period.
5. Teachers with five teaching periods who are involved with extra curricular activities (ECA) can only be assigned one additional teaching period at the X period; or during school day in place of a supervision period.
6. A teacher teaching more than five periods per day who is involved in ECA can only be assigned one additional period during the X period.
7. Teachers will be compensated on a monthly basis for assignments during the X and 0 periods.
8. Assignments to the X and 0 periods shall not result in any reduction of force.
RECORDING PRESENCE. Each Contract employee shall sign in when reporting for duty and sign out when leaving at the end of the workday and follow card access requirements as directed by the OCO or designee. The Contractor shall accumulate the Government designated form for use in recording presence each week’s end (determined at the task order level) turn them over to the OCO or designee.
