Reporting of performance targets Clause Samples
The 'Reporting of performance targets' clause requires parties to regularly provide updates on their progress toward agreed-upon objectives or benchmarks. Typically, this involves submitting periodic reports detailing achievements, shortfalls, and any corrective actions taken to meet the specified targets. By mandating transparent communication, this clause ensures accountability and enables both parties to monitor performance, address issues proactively, and maintain alignment with contractual goals.
