Requests for Extensions. HVF II may request, through the Administrative Agent, that each Funding Agent, for the account of the related Investor Group, consents to an extension of the Series 2013-A Commitment Termination Date for such period as HVF II may specify (the “Extension Length”), which consent will be granted or withheld by each Funding Agent, on behalf of the related Investor Group, in its sole discretion.

Requests for Extensions. The Issuer may request, through the Administrative Agent, that each Funding Agent, for the account of the related Investor Group, consents to an extension of the Commitment Termination Date for such period as the Issuer may specify (the “Extension Length”), which consent will be granted or withheld by each Funding Agent, on behalf of the related Investor Group, in its sole discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all Noteholders must provide their consent to such extension for the Commitment Termination Date to be extended.

Requests for Extensions. HVF III may request, (i) through the Program Agent, that each Funding Agent, for the account of the related Investor Group, and (ii) that the Class RR Committed Note Purchaser consents to, an extension of the Series 2021-A Commitment Termination Date with respect to one or more Classes of Series 2021-A Notes for such period as HVF III may specify (the “Extension Length”), which consent will be granted or withheld by each Funding Agent, on behalf of the related Investor Group, or the Class RR Committed Note Purchaser, in each case, in its sole discretion. To the extent that any Funding Agent represents more than one Committed Note Purchaser in an Investor Group, the Funding Agent may extend or decline the Series 2021-A Commitment Termination Date on behalf of each individual Committed Note Purchasers within an Investor Group, and the Funding Agent thus may make different elections on behalf of individual Committed Note Purchasers within the same Investor Group.

Requests for Extensions. In addition to other extensions available under Sections 15.3.1 through 15.3.4, if at any time UGNX believes that, notwithstanding the use of Commercially Reasonable Efforts, it will not be able meet any of the deadlines set forth in such Sections, then UGNX may request an extension of such deadline by providing Notice to KHK, including a reasonably detailed statement of the factors likely to cause such delay. In such a situation, the Parties will discuss in good faith UGNX’s request, along with related alterations or supplements to the Core Development Plan where appropriate, provided that KHK may in its discretion decline UGNX’s request.

Requests for Extensions. Employees requesting an extension of part-time status beyond the initially agreed upon time period are to initiate this request with their immediate line manager at least thirty (30) days prior to termination of part-time status. The employee must provide written documentation to his/her manager supporting the reason for this request. The employee's Department Manager will approve requests for extensions on a case-by-case basis, based on the needs of the business.

Requests for Extensions. Request for extension of Contract Time will not be evaluated or granted unless they meet the provisions of A. above and the Contractor has notified the Resident Engineer in writing of the causes of delay within 15 State Business Days from the beginning of any such delay on forms provided by the Department. The effect of the delay on the Progress Schedule shall be documented by the Contractor as specified in Subsection 108.04. The Department will evaluate the facts and the extent of the delay, and the Department’s findings will be final and conclusive. Request for extensions shall also be based on the following: 1. If the Contractor submits daily documentation of such conditions, Extensions of Contract Time for Extreme Weather Conditions may be granted according to the following: a. The specified completion dates anticipate that the number of total Working Days available for Construction Operations, subject to the requirements of the Contract Documents, during the period of April through November inclusive is at least 145 for road and bridge work. b. The specified completion dates anticipate that the number of total Working Days available for Construction Operations, subject to the requirements of the Contract Documents, during the four month winter period of December through March inclusive is 20 for road work and 40 for bridge work. c. When the actual number of Working Days available for Construction Operations is less than the anticipated number provided for in the Special Provisions, an extension of one day for each day less may be allowed. 2. Extensions of Contract Time will not be granted for a delay caused by a shortage of materials unless the Contractor furnishes the following: a. Documentary proof that it has diligently made every effort to obtain such materials from all known sources within reasonable distance from the Work. b. Proof that the inability to obtain such materials when originally planned, could not be compensated for by revising the sequence of the Contractor's operations. The term "shortage of materials" applies only to raw and fabricated materials, articles, parts, or equipment which are standard items and does not apply to materials, parts, articles, or equipment which are processed, made, constructed, fabricated, or manufactured to meet the specific requirements of the Contract. Requests for Extensions. AvalonBay may request from the City an extension of the ENA Negotiating Period, with such request to be made in writing no later than twenty (20) business days prior to the expiration of the ENA Negotiating Period, for an additional period of ninety (90) calendar days. The City will determine whether ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has negotiated diligently and in good faith, whether reasonable and sufficient progress has been made toward fulfillment of the requirements of this ENA and whether the City believes the Project is feasible or financeable (collectively, the “Extension Standards”) in its consideration of such requested extension.

Requests for Extensions. Requests for extensions of reporting deadlines will be granted when 1) the report cannot be furnished in a timely manner for reasons legitimately beyond the control of the Awardee and 2) the Corporation receives a request explaining the need for an extension before the due date of the report. Extensions of deadlines for financial reports may only be granted by the Office of Grants Management, and extensions of deadlines for Progress Reports may only be granted by the Regional Training Conferences Program Officer.
