RESPONSE DIRECTIONS. A. Timeline December 5, 2008 RFP sent to vendors December 8th – 12th Question and Answer period December 23, 2008 Responses due by 1:00 p.m. in the offices of the ISFC January 2009 Transition to (new) service provider The Indiana State Fair Commission will incorporate documents received from the successful proposer response (RFP) and ISFC Contract Terms into a binding contract between the parties for a period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance. The Contract will be mailed to the successful proposer for signature. Once all appropriate signatures have been obtained, an executed copy of the Contract will be mailed to the successful proposer. Either party may terminate such contract by giving the other party ninety (90) days prior written notice of termination. This provision may be exercised only after the contract has been in effect for three (3) calendar months. B. The location of the Proposal opening will be in the upper level of the Communication Building, in the Board Room.   • Response to Objections Each Party retains the right to respond to any objection raised by a Participating Class Member, including the right to file responsive documents in Court no later than five court days prior to the Final Approval Hearing, or as otherwise ordered or accepted by the Court.

  • Directing Requests Requests in writing for negotiation meetings from the Association will be made directly to the Superintendent or his designee.   • Directions After a written notice of termination has been given under this Article IX, the Company may direct the Manager to undertake any actions necessary to transfer any aspect of the ownership or control of the assets of the Company to the Company or to any nominee of the Company and to do all other things necessary to bring the appointment of the Manager to an end, and the Manager shall comply with all such reasonable directions. In addition, the Manager shall, at the Company’s expense, deliver to any new manager or the Company any books or records held by the Manager under this Agreement and shall execute and deliver such instruments and do such things as may reasonably be required to permit new management of the Company to effectively assume its responsibilities.

  • Payment Direction The Issuer may by Issuer Order, direct a Note Paying Agent to pay to the Indenture Trustee money held in trust by the Note Paying Agent, which money will be held by the Indenture Trustee on the same terms as the Note Paying Agent. On a Note Paying Agent’s payment of money held in trust to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Paying Agent will be released from liability for such amounts.
