Scope of the Works Sample Clauses

The "Scope of the Works" clause defines the specific tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables that a contractor or service provider is required to complete under an agreement. By clearly delineating the extent of the work, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over what is expected, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of their obligations.
