SHIFT CHANGE NOTIFICATION Sample Clauses
The Shift Change Notification clause requires that parties provide advance notice when altering scheduled work shifts. Typically, this means that employers must inform employees within a specified timeframe before any changes to their assigned shifts take effect, such as adjusting start times, end times, or days worked. This clause ensures that employees have adequate time to adjust their personal schedules, thereby promoting fairness and reducing potential disruptions caused by unexpected shift changes.
