Sole Agent Sample Clauses
The Sole Agent clause designates a single party as the exclusive representative or intermediary for a particular transaction or within a defined territory. In practice, this means that the principal cannot appoint other agents or representatives for the same purpose during the term of the agreement, and all relevant business must be conducted through the appointed sole agent. This clause helps prevent conflicts of interest and competition among multiple agents, ensuring clear lines of responsibility and maximizing the agent's incentive to promote the principal's interests.
