STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a performance-based contract. Student performance and academic improvement goals are attached hereto as Exhibit B. The foregoing goals shall be used by the Board and/or Superintendent to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Principal, along with such other information as the Superintendent or Board may determine relevant and/or necessary.
STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a performance-based contract. The SUPERINTENDENT will address and fulfill student performance and academic improvement goals which are attached hereto, as Exhibit A, and may be modified by the BOARD and the SUPERINTENDENT cooperatively. Any modifications to the student performance and academic improvement goals will be attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof. Once the student performance and academic improvement goals have been attained, this Agreement may be extended by the express, written consent of the parties. For each succeeding school year covered by this Agreement, new student performance and academic improvement goals will be developed prior to the next school year and made a part hereof.
STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a performance-based contract. In addition to the duties set forth above, those duties prescribed by the laws and regulations of the State of Illinois and by the policies, regulations and directions of the BOARD, all as may be amended or modified from time to time, and as are reasonably incidental thereto, the SUPERINTENDENT shall also meet the following student performance and academic improvement goals (including the indicators for meeting such goals), which have been approved and determined by the BOARD and are incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement. The SUPERINTENDENT shall meet all of said goals by the dates specified therein; if no date is provided, the goal shall be deemed to be a continuing goal. The Parties may supplement the foregoing goals with additional goals and objectives that are mutually agreed upon by the SUPERINTENDENT and the BOARD. All of said goals are linked to student performance and academic improvement within the school or schools of the School District, and shall be used by the BOARD to measure the performance and effectiveness of the SUPERINTENDENT, along with such other information as the BOARD may determine, pursuant to Section 10-23.8 of the Illinois School Code. The SUPERINTENDENT’S student performance and academic improvement goals have been mutually agreed to, and are as follows: A. Implement the Board approved strategic plan as outlined in said plan. o Indicator:  Reports to Board of Education as outlined in the strategic plan implementation ▇▇▇▇▇ chart. B. Increased student growth every year during the term of this Agreement. o Indicators:  Percent of students meeting or exceeding expected growth measures as reported in the NWEA MAP Virtual Comparison Group Report  Percent of students meeting or exceeding state standards as reported by the PARCC. C. If the November 2016 referendum is approved by the community, oversee the successful completion of the construction of a new Hinsdale Middle School. o Indicator:  Opening of the new Hinsdale Middle School on time and within budget. D. Completed Facilities Master Plan (FMP) which guides all facility planning. o Indicators:  Board approved FMP by May 1 of 2017.  Successful completion on time and within budget of the line items set out in the FMP. E. Long term solution for HMS in the event of a failed November 2016 referendum. o Indicators:  Successful passage of a referendum that addresses the long term facility needs of HMS by November 2018...
STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is performance based as required by 105 ILCS 5/10-23.8; it is linked to student performance and academic improvement goals established by mutual agreement of the parties and approved by the BOARD. The SUPERINTENDENT shall strive to meet the goals during the term of the Agreement and these goals shall be used as part of the measures that the BOARD uses to evaluate the performance of the SUPERINTENDENT. The performance goals for the SUPERINTENDENT are attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement. It is contemplated by the parties that additional goals may be added by the parties as mutually agreed. The BOARD has determined that these goals and indicators of student performance and academic improvement are sufficient to measure the performance and effectiveness of the Superintendent as required by 105 ILCS 5/10-23.8.

STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Contract is a performance-based contract. For the 2015-2016 contract year, the SUPERINTENDENT shall address and fulfill student performance and academic improvement goals which have been developed by the BOARD and the SUPERINTENDENT cooperatively and are appended to this Contract as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, and which may be multi- year goals. Once the student performance and academic improvement goals have been attained, this Contract may be extended. For each succeeding school year, new student performance and academic improvement goals shall be developed as necessary, appended to this Contract by the beginning of the next school year and made a part hereof. The BOARD’S and SUPERINTENDENT’S decision to add or modify performance goals shall be in implementation of this provision of this Contract and shall not constitute or require an amendment to this Contract.

It is linked to student performance and academic improvement goals established by mutual agreement of the parties and approved by the BOARD. The SUPERINTENDENT shall strive to meet the goals during the term of the Agreement and these goals shall be used as part of the measures that the BOARD uses to evaluate the performance of the SUPERINTENDENT. The performance goals and indicators for the SUPERINTENDENT are attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
STUDENT PERFORMANCE AND ACADEMIC IMPROVEMENT. This Agreement is a successor performance-based employment contract. The SUPERINTENDENT will address and fulfill the student performance and academic improvement goals and indicators attached as Exhibit 1. SALARY - For the 2024-2025 contract year, the SUPERINTENDENT’S annual salary will be $238,617.66. In each subsequent contract year, the SUPERINTENDENT’S annual salary will increase by 6% over the SUPERINTENDENT’S annual salary in the immediately prior contract year. In consideration of the annual salary the SUPERINTENDENT agrees to devote such time, skill, labor and attention to his employment, during the term of this Agreement, in order to faithfully perform the duties of Superintendent of Schools. Salary will be paid in twenty-four (24) equal installments in accordance with the BOARD policy governing payment of salary to the other certificated members of the professional staff, less such amounts as required by law or provided for in this Agreement. The BOARD retains the right to increase the annual salary and/or fringe benefits of the SUPERINTENDENT during the term of this Agreement. The BOARD and the SUPERINTENDENT may enter into extensions of this Agreement for additional periods of time, if all of the student performance and academic improvement goals set forth in this Agreement have been met, both parties agree, and the agreement is reduced to writing. As used in this contract, the term “contract year” is defined as the period commencing on July 1 of a given calendar year and continuing until June 30 of the following calendar year.
