TASKS, DELIVERABLES and SCHEDULE Sample Clauses
The "TASKS, DELIVERABLES and SCHEDULE" clause defines the specific responsibilities, outputs, and timelines required under an agreement. It typically outlines what work must be performed, the tangible results or products to be provided, and the deadlines or milestones for completion. By clearly specifying these elements, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and timelines, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding project scope and delivery.
