A Technical Data Package clause defines the requirements for delivering all necessary technical documentation related to a product or system. This typically includes drawings, specifications, manuals, and other supporting materials that enable the recipient to understand, manufacture, or maintain the item. By specifying the content, format, and timing of these deliverables, the clause ensures that all parties have access to the essential technical information needed for successful project execution and future support, thereby reducing misunderstandings and facilitating effective communication.
Technical Data Package. Each (design and development) contract shall be completed with a Technical Data Package. For a contract with phases, the Technical Data Package shall be provided at the end of a phase in the case that the Agency decides not to proceed with the next phase. The Technical Data Package consists of the final versions of all approved technical documents.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Technology Data Package may include: documents and records consisting of or containing process descriptions, requirements and specifications; process flow diagrams; equipment and instrumentation specifications; process trend and variability data; analytical methods, validation protocols and reports; process development reports; and batch records and any data necessary that Customer will provide to Evonik to ensure the successful transfer of the current process and analytical methods to support the desired services. Any failure on the part of Customer to provide the Technology Data Package in a timely manner shall not be held against Evonik with regard to meeting timelines and will result in an automatic extension of the timelines for every day the Technology Data Package is late or incomplete.
Technical Data Package. Should Option CLIN 0002 be exercised, the Contractor shall provide the Technical Data Packaging in accordance with CDRL A018. The Technical Data Package description supports acquisition, production, inspection, engineering and logistics of the item, and will include applicable technical data, such as: models, drawings, associated lists, engineering design data and additional items referenced in DI-80776B.
Technical Data Package. The Parties will agree to establish a continental U.S. location to hold a technical data package and escrowed software code (“TDP”). Assuming that there are variations that will exist between components of TCOM Systems, upgrades, etc., there should be a TDP for each unique TCOM System for each fixed TCOM Facility for each Location or for each Mobile TCOM Unit. This TDP can be used by an authorized contractor, such as but not limited to the use of Technip, that will have the responsibility for the entire equipment installation and possibly the operations of a given TCOM Facility to assure all Parties that a consistent, duplicable, process for construction and parts replacement specifications accurately exists and can be utilized in case of a situation wherein either M▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is incapacitated, otherwise engaged so as to be unavailable, or is deceased. The Parties will also agree to provide for inclusion in the secure escrow location, a copy of the software source code used to operate the TCOM System, including copies of all software upgrades, for the benefit of the Joint Venture upon the need to access, modify or duplicate the software program to operate each specific fixed TCOM Facility or Mobile TCOM Unit. Title to the TDP and the software source code for a specific fixed TCOM Facility or Mobile TCOM Unit shall be transferred to the Joint Venture when the fixed TCOM Facility and/or each Mobile Unit is ready for commercial production of its intended by-products.
Technical Data Package. Seller represents and warrants to Buyer that it is owner of, and holder of all rights in the Technical Data Package (TDP), and has the right to grant Buyer the license rights to the TDP with escrow agent pursuant to the terms of the Subcontract Agreement.

15.2 Seller represents and warrants that the TDP shall be understandable and useable by educated computer programming personnel who are generally familiar with "C" programming, though not necessarily those incorporating the Seller's programs. Seller also represents and warrants that the programs do not involve any proprietary languages or programming components that such a contractor could not reasonably be expected to understand, except to the extent the TDP contains sufficient commentary to enable and use such languages or components. Seller further represents and warrants that the TDP includes all of the devices, programming, and documentation necessary for the maintenance of the program(s) by Buyer upon release of the TDP pursuant to this Subcontract Agreement, except for devices, programming, and documentation commercially available to Buyer on reasonable terms through readily known sources other than the Seller. In addition the TDP shall include exploded bills of material which include manufacturer and manufacturer part numbers, assembly drawings, inter-connect diagrams, Software Source Code for ForceField, any other Seller provided software, and applicable peripheral drivers, duplication (Master) disks for all software and documentation, and process control/test plan documents.
15.3 The deposit of the TDP and any license(s) thereof are intended to provide Buyer access to, and right to use of, the TDP in the event that Seller defaults to its contractual obligations as defined in this Subcontract Agreement in accordance with Section 27.0 "Default" or is otherwise unable to perform its contractual obligations. Seller shall immediately release to Buyer copies of the TDP deposited in escrow pursuant to this Subcontract Agreement only upon written notification from Buyer's contractual representative identified in Section 7.0. Technical Data Package. The contractor shall develop Technical Data Packages for the prototype that describes a product baseline compatible with full-scale Level III production requirements. This data package shall include descriptions of a candidate production system architecture, identification of parts, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, software functional flow, computer network architecture and operator- machine interfaces. This data package shall also include all of the procedures required to fabricate, assemble, test and validate the prototype including quality control methods and reliability growth approaches. The data package shall include information on parts obsolescence, environmental qualification testing, immunity to external noise sources, long term endurance and reliability, safety, and cyber security qualifications.
