Tenant Rules and Regulations. All Tenant rules and regulations listed are an integral part of this Contract and constitute a condition of Tenants right to possession of the premises. Any such rules and regulations shall be deemed incorporated herein by reference. Do not use large nails in the walls. Picture hook nails are required or very small pin holes only, NO tape. 7. If you have a pet, you are required to clean up all dog messes on a daily basis. If this is not done when we do our property checks, you will be notified to either clean it up, get rid of the pet and possibly be charged with damages. 8. All Tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance, watering the grounds and snow removal at their dwelling, unless otherwise noted in this Contract. Failure to do so will make you financially responsible for the damages to the grounds and subject to termination of the Rental Contract pursuant to law. 9. Tenant Rules and Regulations. Tenant acknowledges understanding and agreement to the Tenant rules and regulations, which are listed below and incorporated into this Agreement. 1. New rules and regulations or amendments to these rules may be adopted by Landlord upon giving 30 days notice in writing. These rules and any changes or amendments have a legitimate purpose and are not intended to be arbitrary or work as a substantial modification of Tenant rights. They will not be unequally enforced. Tenant is responsible for the conduct of guests and the adherence to these rules and regulations at all times. 2. The unit must be kept clean, sanitary and free from objectionable odors. 7. Tenant shall assist management in keeping the outside and common areas clean. No littering of papers, cigarette butts or trash is allowed. No trash or other materials may be accumulated which will cause a hazard or be in violation of any health, fire or safety ordinance or regulation. 8. Garbage is to be placed inside the containers provided and lids should not be slammed. Garbage should not be allowed to accumulate and should be placed in the outside containers. Items too large to fit in the trash containers should be placed neatly near the container. 9. Tenant and guests shall not park in the rear driveway at any time, with the exception of parking in the marked loading zone. Tenant and guests shall not park in the loading zone longer than 15 minutes, or reasonable time necessary to load or unload belongings.

Tenant Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the Tenant rules and regulations annexed to this Lease as Exhibit "D" hereto and, after notice thereof, all reasonable modifications thereof and additions thereto from time to time promulgated in writing by Landlord so long as such rules and regulations are uniformly applied to all other similarly situated tenants and occupants of the Building (the "Rules"). Tenant shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of Tenant shall not, disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other tenants of the building or with neighbors, or use the Premises for any unlawful purposes (including, but not limited to, using, manufacturing, growing, selling, storing, or transporting illicit drugs, marijuana, hallucinogenic mushrooms, or other contraband), or violate any law or ordinance, or commit waste or a nuisance upon or about the Premises.   • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable Rules and Regulations with respect thereto in accordance with Paragraph 40. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said rules and regulations by other lessees of the Industrial Center.

  • PARKING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations govern the use of the parking facilities which serve the Building. Tenant will be bound by such rules and regulations and agrees to cause its employees, subtenants assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees to observe the same: 1. Tenant Will not permit or allow any vehicles that belong to or are controlled by Tenant or Tenant’s employees, subtenants, customers or invitees to be loaded, unloaded or parked in areas other than those designated by Landlord for such activities. No vehicles are to be left in the parking areas overnight and no vehicles are to be parked in the parking areas other than normally sized passenger automobiles, motorcycles and pick-up trucks. No extended term storage of vehicles is permitted. 2. Vehicles must be parked entirely within painted stall lines of a single parking stall. 3. All directional signs and arrows must be observed. 4. The speed limit within all parking areas shall be five (5) miles per hour. 5. Parking is prohibited: (a) in areas not striped for parking; (b) in aisles or on ramps; (c) where “no parking” signs are posted; (d) in cross-hatched areas; and (e) in such other areas as may be designated from time to time by Landlord or Landlord’s parking operator. 6. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicle if such vehicle’s audio theft alarm system remains engaged for an unreasonable period of time. 7. Washing, waxing, cleaning or servicing of any vehicle in any area not specifically reserved for such purpose is prohibited. 8. Landlord may refuse to permit any person to park in the parking facilities who violates these rules with unreasonable frequency, and any violation of these rules shall subject the violator’s car to removal, at such car owner’s expense. Tenant agrees to use its best efforts to acquaint its employees, subtenants, assignees, contractors, suppliers, customers and invitees with these parking provisions, rules and regulations. 9. Landlord reserves the right, without cost or liability to Landlord, to tow any vehicles which are used or parked in violation of these rules and regulations. 10. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to modify and/or adopt such other reasonable and non-discriminatory rules and regulations for the parking facilities as it deems reasonably necessary for the operation of the parking facilities.

  • BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS The following rules and regulations shall apply, where applicable, to the Premises, the Building, the parking facilities (if any), the Property and the appurtenances. In the event of a conflict between the following rules and regulations and the remainder of the terms of the Lease, the remainder of the terms of the Lease shall control. Capitalized terms have the same meaning as defined in the Lease.

  • Applicable Rules and Regulations The Account and each transaction therein shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement and to (a) all applicable laws and the regulations, rules and orders (collectively "regulations") of all regulatory and self-regulatory organizations having jurisdiction and (b) the constitution, by-laws, rules, regulations, orders, resolutions, interpretations and customs and usages (collectively "rules") of the market and any associated clearing organization (each an "exchange") on or subject to the rules of which such transaction is executed and/or cleared.
