Timeline of Events. The table (Attachment G) contains the Timeline of Events for this solicitation. Bidders should become familiar with the Timeline of Events. The dates and times within the Timeline of Events may be subject to change. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check for any changes. All changes to the Timeline of Events shall be made through an addenda to the solicitation and noticed on the Vendor Bid System and within the MFMP Sourcing Tool. It is strongly recommended to submit your response as early as possible. January Letters or emails sent to unit members on leave of absence requesting clarification of leave intention for the coming school year. Letters sent to all unit members informing them of the process and timelines for requesting a leave of absence for the coming school year, or for the spring semester of the current school year.
