VACANCIES, TRANSFERS, AND REASSIGNMENTS Sample Clauses
The "Vacancies, Transfers, and Reassignments" clause outlines the procedures and rules for filling open positions within an organization and for moving employees between roles or departments. It typically specifies how vacancies are announced, the criteria for employee eligibility, and the process for applying or being selected for a transfer or reassignment. For example, it may require that current employees be given priority consideration for open positions before external candidates are considered. The core function of this clause is to ensure a fair, transparent, and orderly process for staffing changes, thereby promoting internal mobility and minimizing workplace disruption.
