Web Site Access. TURSS will provide Subscriber with access to TURSS's web site (the "TURSS Site") so that Subscriber may, by accessing the TURSS Site, (i) initiate Applicant Reviews and Tenant Reviews and (ii) obtain or review TURSS's Recommendations to Subscriber. TURSS will assign one or more passwords and identification numbers ("Program Codes") to Subscriber for use in accessing the TURSS Site. Subscriber represents and warrants that it will use its best reasonable efforts to ensure that: (1) only authorized Subscriber employees have access to the TURSS Site through Workstations; (2) TURSS Services obtained by Subscriber via the TURSS Site are not accessible by unauthorized parties via Subscriber's connection to the Internet or otherwise; (3) all Passwords are kept confidential and secure by such authorized Subscriber employees (e.g., Subscriber shall ensure that Passwords are not stored on any Workstation nor other storage and retrieval system and/or media and that Internet browser caching functionality is not used to store Passwords; (4) each User ID and Password is used solely by the authorized Subscriber employee to whom such User ID and Password was issued; and (5) all documentation and other materials provided by TURSS to Subscriber under this Agreement are held in confidence by Subscriber (and accessible only to those Subscriber employees who Subscriber has authorized to use the TURSS Site). Subscriber shall immediately notify TURSS if a Subscriber user with access to Program Codes no longer works for Subscriber and shall be fully responsible for any use of the TURSS site by users accessing the site through the Program Codes assigned to the Subscriber. In the event of any compromise of security involving User Ids or Passwords, Subscriber shall immediately notify TURSS.

Web Site Access. At the time that the Customer receives a Cash Card, the Customer may also be given the opportunity to set a password (the "Internet Password") which will entitle the Customer to access certain information concerning the Cash Card and activities related to the Cash Card using an internet connection to access DirectCash's web site. The Internet Password may not be the same as the PIN and it is not currently anticipated that the web site access will be useable for anything other than access to information (i.e. the web site may not be set up to accept instructions for funds transfers). The Customer shall be responsible for any changes made to the information maintained by DirectCash in reliance upon internet communications received by DirectCash that are sent using the Customer's Internet Password. The Customer should assure that the Customer follows the same security precautions for the Internet Password as required for PINs.

Web Site Access. SELLER shall provide all necessary assistance and cooperation to BLOCK to enable users of SELLER's web site to access and link to the web sites at the domain names acquired by BLOCK as set out at Section 13.1.

Web Site Access. By providing us with the appropriate passwords, user IDs, PINs or other codes (the "Security Codes") required to access information about you and/or your account on any web site, you authorize us to access and retrieve the account information from that web site that you have requested to be aggregated as Content (as defined above), and to configure Personal Finance so it is compatible with that web site. Web Site Access. To use the computer software and programs available on this web site, You must establish an account with HCX. Your account is governed by this Agreement. Your account is established only once Your request for service has been received, accepted and processed by HCX. To access the web site, You must obtain access to the World Wide Web (hereinafter "the Web"), either directly or through other devices that allow you to access Web-based content, and pay any service fees associated with such access, directly to the party providing You with such access. You must provide all equipment, software and services necessary to connect to the Web, including without limitation a computer, modem or other access equipment, electricity, etc. Once you have accessed this web site, HCX shall give You its permission for a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this web site and the materials provided hereon but only for You to Use in accordance with this Agreement.   • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Information Access Each Party (“Disclosing Party”) shall make available to another Party (“Requesting Party”) information that is in the possession of the Disclosing Party and is necessary in order for the Requesting Party to: (i) verify the costs incurred by the Disclosing Party for which the Requesting Party is responsible under this Agreement; and (ii) carry out its obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement. The Parties shall not use such information for purposes other than those set forth in this Article 25.1 of this Agreement and to enforce their rights under this Agreement.
