WORK SESSIONS Clause Samples

The Work Sessions clause defines the structure and expectations for scheduled periods during which parties collaborate or perform specific tasks related to the agreement. Typically, it outlines the frequency, duration, and location of these sessions, as well as any requirements for attendance, preparation, or deliverables. By clearly establishing how and when work sessions will occur, this clause ensures coordinated efforts, minimizes misunderstandings, and helps keep the project on track.
WORK SESSIONS. Operators/Agents agree to participate in periodic work sessions to discuss progress made in attaining program goals. RESPONSE TO TBMP FEEDBACK FORM: An important ingredient towards a successful TBMP program is consistent and prompt response to the feedback forms. Operators/Agents agree to respond to TBMP Feed- back Forms regarding complaints and issues as long as enough information is given to respond to the complaint. See attachment "F."

WORK SESSIONS. In addition to the work systems stipulated in the collective agreements of the unions and organizations that are parties to this agreement, organizing the work in such a manner that work is consecutive for up to 10 days is permissible. This applies both to regular day-work and shift-work systems. Subject to an agreement with the employee, it is permissible to postpone the weekly day off such that instead of his weekly day off two consecutive days off are allowed within two weeks. Taking the days off may be arranged such that they are taken every other weekend (Saturday, Sunday). In special instances the weekly day off may be postponed further such that the employee gets the equivalent rest within 14 days.
WORK SESSIONS. The Council may meet for purposes of general discussion of matters of interest or concern to the Council; in no case shall a vote be take that can or may be construed to constitute, or in fact constitutes establishing a policy or acts regarding fiscal matters. Public notice shall be posted at the school’s facilities not less than three (3) days prior to the date of the work session.
WORK SESSIONS. City and Consultant will present the proposed middle housing code amendments to the City Council in public hearings. Assumes two (2) public hearing presentations. Does not include preparation of staff report, public hearing notice, or findings.
WORK SESSIONS. The Board shall hold work sessions on an as-needed basis to discuss items that may come before the Board in the future. These work sessions shall be informal meetings, and no vote shall be taken at these meetings. WORK SESSIONS. The Council may meet in work sessions beginning at 5:30 p.m. prior to its regular Monday meetings as needed. Other work sessions may be held on the second, third, fourth, and fifth Wednesdays of the month. These work sessions shall start at noon and last for a maximum of 90 minutes. Except for extraordinary circumstances, the total time for presentations by staff and/or others on a single agenda item shall be no more than 15 minutes.

(b) The registration limits for English are as follows: (i) Writing and Composition Courses - 25 (ii) Writing Skills -17 (iii) Creative Writing - 22

  • Work Scheduling Except at the request of an affected employee, no employee shall have the number of hours they are normally scheduled to work reduced as the result of the use of non-permanent employees such as, but not limited to: seasonal, intermittent, student interns, interns, interim, established term, or temporary employees, due to the performance of such employee’s duties by the nonpermanent employee.

  • Shiftwork (A) Where the Employee would have received shift loadings had the Employee not been on leave during the relevant period and such loadings would have entitled the Employee to a greater amount than a loading of 17.5% of the payment under clause 23.1(c), then the shift loadings must be added to the payment under clause 23.1(c)(i) instead of the 17.5% loading. (B) Provided further that if the shift allowance would have entitled the Employee to a lesser amount than the loading of 17.5% then such loading of 17.5% shall be used for the purpose of calculating annual leave loading in lieu of the shift allowance.
