Your Position. You will be employed on the terms and conditions in this agreement, in the role of: Management Trainee- Financial Sales In addition to any duties allocated by the Employer from time to time, your position will involve the duties set out below: • Meeting clients, scheduling appointments and selling different products of financial market such as Loans, Insurance and Investment Products. • Supporting the sales team: This involves assisting the sales team with daily tasks, such as organizing files, setting up appointments, and responding to client inquiries. • Developing and maintaining client relationships: This includes building relationships with existing clients, identifying potential clients, and following up on leads. • Conducting research: This involves researching potential clients, industry trends, and competitor offerings to support the sales team's efforts. • Creating sales presentations and proposals: This includes developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients and creating proposals that outline the benefits of the company's products and services. • Assisting with sales reporting and analysis: This involves tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and reporting on findings. • Learning about financial products and services: This includes attending training sessions and studying product and service offerings to become familiar with the company's offerings. • Collaborating with other departments: This includes working with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer services satisfaction. .
Your Position. You will initially have the title of Senior Vice President of Services and Support, Grade 20, reporting to the President and Vice Chairman. The Symantec Employer may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, change your title, grade, duties and the person to whom you report, subject to your rights under the Termination for Good Reason provisions of Section 9 of this agreement.

You will initially have the title of Controller, Grade 11, reporting to Dirk ▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇u will have whatever reasonable duties are assigned to you consistent with your title and position. Proprietary Information This offer is also contingent on you executing Intel's standard form of Employee Agreement regarding proprietary information and inventions, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Change in Control Agreement You agree that your move to the position described in this Agreement, and the responsibilities associated with such position, shall not constitute "Good Reason" under your Change in Control Agreement. You further agree that "Cause" under your Change in Control Agreement shall be determined in good faith by: the Xircom Board of Directors; the Chief Executive Officer of Intel; or the Vice President in charge of Intel's Network Communications Group (or its successor business unit). Per your Change in Control Agreement, upon the Closing Date, your existing options (summarized in the attached schedule) will be accelerated by 1 year. Entire Agreement This Agreement, your Change in Control Agreement and Intel's standard form of Employee Agreement will be the entire agreement between the Company and you relating to your employment and the additional matters provided for herein. You agree that there were no promises or commitments made to you regarding your employment with the Company except as set forth in this letter. This Agreement supersedes and replaces any prior oral or written agreements between you and Xircom relating to the subject matter hereof, including any prior employment agreements, but excluding your Change in Control Agreement. This Agreement does not supersede your stock option agreements, which will be assumed by Intel under the Merger Agreement. This Agreement may be amended or altered only in a writing signed by you and an officer of Intel Corporation.

Your Position. You will be the Executive Chairman, with the customary duties of this position. You will be reporting to the Board of Directors. Your Start Date: Your first day of employment with the Company will be January 1st, 2020 and your employment shall continue until the formation of a holding company (“Holdings”), at which time the Company intends to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Holdings and your employment will continue upon the same terms with Holdings.

The Symantec Employer may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, change your title, grade, duties and the person to whom you report, subject to your rights under the Termination for Good Reason provisions of Section 9 of this agreement. You also shall be appointed to the Symantec Board of Directors as of the Closing Date. During your period of continued employment, Symantec will recommend to the Nominating Committee of the Symantec Board of Directors that you be nominated for re-election as a member of the Symantec Board at each Symantec shareholder meeting at which Symantec Board Members are to be elected.
Your Position. You will initially have the title of Chief Technology Officer, Grade 20, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. The Symantec Employer may, from time to time, at its sole discretion, change your title, grade, duties and the person to whom you report, subject to your rights under the Termination for Good Reason provisions of Section 9 of this agreement.

Your Position. You will initially have the full-time regular position of Chief Executive Officer of Apollo Marketing and will report to the Vice President of Marketing of Apollo. You shall have such duties as are commensurate with your position and such duties as may be assigned to you by the Vice President of Marketing of Apollo.
Your Position. You will initially have the title of COO of LAI reporting to CEO of LAI. You will have whatever reasonable duties are assigned to you consistent with your title and position. The company may change your title, duties, compensation, and benefits as it reasonably sees fit.
