Sweep floor with push broom starting at farthest corner working toward the door (use corn broom under benches and corners) 4. Pick up trash and place in trash container 5. Spot wash walls with disinfectant solution (as necessary, wash walls from the bottom up). 6. Sanitize lavatory and drinking fountain with disinfectant; rinse thoroughly. Ensure area beneath the basin, pipes, and walls around sink are clean. 7. Wash outside toilet fixture(s) with disinfectant and wipe with damp cloth dipped in disinfectant solution. Scrub with toilet brush being careful to clean under lips. Flush toilet. 8. Mop floor with disinfectant solution by flooding floor with mop and let it sit for approximately five (5) minutes. Pick up mop water and rinse. Inspect and proceed to next assignment. 9. At County discretion, pressure wash any specifically identified walls, cell bars and cement floors throughout cell areas. 10. Supply toilet paper and paper towels in designated area and toilet paper in Sheriff’s holding cells. 11. Dust vents (with hand duster and extension) as needed 12. Dust rails and bars with treated dust cloth (as needed). Use radiator brush for crevices as needed.

Daily Tasks. The County Project Manager or designee will prepare a list of regular tasks for the Day ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and a corresponding schedule based upon anticipated work to be performed during the day. If the County Project Manager or designee does not prepare a list of duties, it will be the Contractor’s responsibility to establish a daily schedule. Report damaged to County property to County Project Manager or designee. c. Clean threshold of doors. d. Keep entry glass doors and frames in a clean condition. e. Building entrances should be maintained, kept clean and free of dust, debris, cobwebs, and bird droppings. f. Public telephone, signage, water fountains and lighting fixtures are to be kept clean. g. Maintain exterior grounds, especially by the building entrances. i. Maintenance includes picking up trash on exterior grounds, in parking lot, and landscaped areas. Daily Tasks. 1. Dust mop and wet mop all appropriate areas. 2. Empty and wipeout wastebaskets, and replace trash bags in containers 3. Clean partitions and doors, including washing partition glass (where applicable) 4. Clean door side windows 5. Dust mop and wet mop all vinyl and tile floors 6. Vacuum carpet and floor mats completely, mover furniture (chairs and other small items) and put back in place, with a HEPA vacuum. 7. Clean entrance door glass – interior and exterior 8. Clean interior of exterior glass in public waiting areas, in all buildings 9. All floor mats are to be removed before scrubbing, buffing, or vacuuming the floor and then returned after the cleaning is completed.
Daily Tasks. Contractor must clean the Serra Mesa Branch Fairytale Mesa Outdoor Education Space daily using a garage floor broom, blower, or garden hose to remove all chalk, loose soil, and debris. The four articulated painted metal viewing scopes must be cleaned with mild soap and water. Spray paints and markers can be removed successfully with a soft cloth LIGHTLY dampened with lacquer thinner, and a LIGHT rubbing. Contractor must avoid a saturation of lacquer thinner or intense rubbing, as it will compromise the finish. The wooden benches must be maintained in a clean manner, free of spiderwebs, loose soil, and debris. The vinyl door graphics at interior entry of children’s patio must be cleaned like normal glass with glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
