The Communication Management clause establishes the procedures and protocols for how parties will exchange information and updates throughout the duration of an agreement or project. It typically outlines the designated points of contact, preferred communication channels (such as email or formal letters), and the frequency or timing of required communications, such as progress reports or notifications of issues. By clearly defining these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings, ensures timely information sharing, and supports effective coordination between parties.
Communication Management. Communication management must be identified early in the life of the project and discussed with the Client as to who shall be responsible for liaising with which party and to define the limits or authority that either party has to speak for or commit the other.
Communication Management i. The State shall manage communication between the State, the State’s IT Service Delivery & Vendor Partner , and the Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT), Counties, and the Leased Computing Asset Supplier Vendor and the Leasing/Financing Vendor.

Communication Management. (a) Communication management will follow a defined process, and each office member should participate and operate meetings in line with the meeting purpose. (b) Steering Committee will be held on a monthly basis.

Communication Management. CONSULTANT will identify communication requirements for stakeholders; performance reporting requirements; and author, assemble, disseminate and store project communications including plans, schedules, budgets, progress reviews, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, issue papers, risk reviews, quality reviews, deliverables, working papers and correspondence. Communication Management. To ensure that communications on a project are clear, concise, relevant and timely, creation of a detailed Communications Plan is required. The Communications Plan describes the information that must be disseminated to all of the project stakeholders to keep them regularly informed of the project's progress. The plan outlines what information is to be shared, who it is shared with and when the communication is distributed. The Project Manager will take a proactive role in ensuring effective communication throughout the project. The communications requirements are to be documented in the Communications Matrix (see template example in Figure 3). Figure 3
Communication Management. (a) The Contractor shall manage and monitor all Contractor provided equipment on a 24x7x365 basis. Contractor shall detect and resolve any issues it discovers in the Contractor provided equipment. (b) Once an issue with the Contractor provided equipment has been resolved, the issue and resolution shall be communicated in writing to the UGU within three (3) business days. Additionally, Contractor shall provide the UGU reports of usage and uptime within three (3) business days of UGU’s request. (c) If the standards set in Sections 4(a) or 4(b) are not met, the Contractor shall issue the UGU credits pursuant to Section 8.
