Daily Inspections. The safety representative shall make routine daily inspections of the Site and shall hold weekly safety meetings with Construction Manager’s personnel, Subcontractors and others as applicable. Construction Manager shall provide the City copies of daily inspection reports and weekly safety meeting minutes, with the monthly payment applications.
Daily Inspections. The Detention Officers shall conduct daily inspections of all security aspects of the site. They shall check all bars, locks, windows, walls, floors, ventilation covers, glass panels, access plates, protective screens, doors, lights, and equipment for operational wear and detainee tampering. The Detention Officers shall also report slippery floor surfaces. This documentation shall be made daily in a logbook. Problems discovered during these inspections shall be clearly identified in the documentation. The Service Provider shall also notify the COTR of any abnormalities or problems. The Service Provider shall immediately notify the COTR or alternate COTR on duty of any physical facility damage. Written documentation of any problem areas shall be submitted to the COTR by the end of the shift.

LRV interiors shall be undamaged and fully functional and meet, at a minimum, the following requirements: • seating shall be securely fastened, clean and un-damaged, and free of any dislodged seat components; • interior lighting and stop request buttons shall be fully functional and un-damaged; • stanchions shall be tightly fastened; • all CCTV, PA, PID, APC, and other control and communications systems shall be fully functional; • a system map shall be securely fastened and shall be updated promptly when system changes are made; • all HVAC equipment shall be fully functional and shall operate to provide passenger comfort in both heating and cooling modes meeting performance requirements specified in the Contract Documents; • all operator cab controls, indicator lights, radio(s), passenger communication system, and audible alarms shall be fully functional and working; and • all Train Control Systems, TWC, and AVL systems shall be fully functional. Daily Inspections. (Restoration Phase) Agricultural Inspectors shall conduct daily inspections from the start of Restoration activities through the installation of permanent erosion controls. (See the Sequence of Construction and Definitions for a limited set of activities per phase of the project). During this phase, Agricultural Inspectors shall oversee the implementation of Restoration measures such as land-leveling, decompaction, soil sampling, addition of soil inputs, and the installation of permanent and temporary erosion controls, as necessary, to return the ROW to pre-construction conditions. General ROW conditions to be monitored during this period include relative content of rock from temporary entrance/exit locations, presence of excess concrete, presence of construction debris, crop condition, surface, and subsurface drainage (observation of sinkholes or tile effluent), erosion, and repair of severed fences, etc. ROW conditions shall be determined by a visual inspection of the ROW. Results shall be compared to portions of the same field located outside of the ROW. Included in the determination of the ROW’s relative content of excess rocks, concrete, and construction debris is the ROW's condition subsequent to tillage and the concentration of such materials within the ROW as compared to off the ROW. All excess rocks, concrete, and construction debris shall be removed from the ROW and disposed of by the Company. All affected Landowners shall be periodically apprised of the duration of Restoration (and, if necessary, Remediation) by the Company. Quarterly Inspections – (Monitoring Phase) Agricultural Inspectors shall conduct quarterly inspections for two years immediately following the implementation of Restoration measures or until Final Restoration is achieved, whichever is longer. The Company shall maintain an Agricultural Inspector on at least a part-time basis through this period. During this phase, the Agricultural Inspectors shall identify any remaining impacts associated with the Electric Line project that need to be addressed and appropriate Remediation measures shall be implemented by the Company to return the ROW to pre-construction conditions and achieve Final Restoration. During quarterly inspections, areas exhibiting significant crop growth differences on the ROW compared to that immediately off-ROW will be logged. Daily Inspections. In addition, Knight Const. will visually inspect the isolated Project work area daily and anytime the block netting has been modified, disturbed or is suspected of having been disturbed. During the visual inspection, Knight Const. will evaluate if any fish have entered the isolated area. If the District’s contractor sees any fish within the netting, or there are concerns some fish may have entered the isolated Project work area, the District’s contractor will immediately notify the District. The District will then notify Contractor. Contractor will mobilize to the work area as soon as possible but by no later than 9:00 a. m. the following day, and perform all tasks described in Paragraph 1 above. If any issues come up that interfere with Contractor being on site by 9:00 am the following day, Contractor will notify District Program Coordinator to discuss options. Contractor will not capture and relocate fish from the isolated Project work areas if Contractor, the District, or the District’s contractor determines that conditions are not safe to do so.

  • Tests and Inspections § 15.5.1 Tests, inspections and approvals of portions of the Work shall be made as required by the Design-Build Documents and by applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations or lawful orders of public authorities. Unless otherwise provided, the Design-Builder shall make arrangements for such tests, inspections and approvals with an independent testing laboratory or entity acceptable to the Owner, or with the appropriate public authority, and shall bear all related costs of tests, inspections and approvals. The Design-Builder shall give the Owner timely notice of when and where tests and inspections are to be made so that the Owner may be present for such procedures. The Owner shall bear costs of (1) tests, inspections or approvals that do not become requirements until after bids are received or negotiations concluded, and (2) tests, inspections or approvals where building codes or applicable laws or regulations prohibit the Owner from delegating their cost to the Design-Builder. § 15.5.2 If the Owner determines that portions of the Work require additional testing, inspection or approval not included under Section 15.5.1, the Owner will instruct the Design-Builder to make arrangements for such additional testing, inspection or approval by an entity acceptable to the Owner, and the Design-Builder shall give timely notice to the Owner of when and where tests and inspections are to be made so that the Owner may be present for such procedures. Such costs, except as provided in Section 15.5.3, shall be at the Owner’s expense. § 15.5.3 If such procedures for testing, inspection or approval under Sections 15.5.1 and 15.5.2 reveal failure of the portions of the Work to comply with requirements established by the Design-Build Documents, all costs made necessary by such failure shall be at the Design-Builder’s expense. § 15.5.4 Required certificates of testing, inspection or approval shall, unless otherwise required by the Design-Build Documents, be secured by the Design-Builder and promptly delivered to the Owner. § 15.5.5 If the Owner is to observe tests, inspections or approvals required by the Design-Build Documents, the Owner will do so promptly and, where practicable, at the normal place of testing. § 15.5.6 Tests or inspections conducted pursuant to the Design-Build Documents shall be made promptly to avoid unreasonable delay in the Work.

  • Safety Inspection During inspection of County facilities conducted by the State Division of Occupational Safety and Health for the purpose of determining compliance with the California OSHA requirements, an OCEA designated employee shall be allowed to accompany the inspector while the inspector is in the employee's agency/department. The employee so designated shall suffer no loss of pay when this function is performed during the employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • Visits and Inspections The Parent and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, permit representatives or agents of any Lender or the Agent, from time to time after reasonable prior notice if no Event of Default shall be in existence, as often as may be reasonably requested, but only during normal business hours and at the expense of such Lender or the Agent (unless a Default or Event of Default shall exist, in which case the exercise by the Agent or such Lender of its rights under this Section shall be at the expense of the Borrower), as the case may be, to: (a) visit and inspect all properties of the Parent, the Borrower or such Subsidiary to the extent any such right to visit or inspect is within the control of such Person; (b) inspect and make extracts from their respective books and records, including but not limited to management letters prepared by independent accountants; and (c) discuss with its officers and employees, and its independent accountants, its business, properties, condition (financial or otherwise), results of operations and performance. If requested by the Agent, the Parent and the Borrower shall execute an authorization letter addressed to its accountants authorizing the Agent or any Lender to discuss the financial affairs of the Parent and any Subsidiary with its accountants.

  • Site Inspections Grantees must ensure by site inspections that facilities on the Project site are being operated and maintained for outdoor recreation for a minimum period of twenty-five (25) years from the Project Completion Date set forth in the Project Completion Certificate. The Project site must be open at reasonable times and must be managed in a safe and attractive manner.

  • Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property to the Master Servicer upon request.
