Eligibility for Continuing Contract Clause Samples
The 'Eligibility for Continuing Contract' clause defines the criteria an employee must meet to qualify for a continuing or ongoing employment contract. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as a minimum period of satisfactory service, specific performance standards, or completion of a probationary period.
