Extended Travel Clause Samples
The Extended Travel clause defines the terms and conditions under which travel beyond the originally agreed duration or distance is managed within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for requesting and approving additional travel, specifies any extra costs or reimbursements that may apply, and may set limits on the extent of permissible extensions. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for handling situations where travel requirements exceed initial expectations, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring both parties understand their obligations and entitlements regarding extended travel.
