Fares and Travelling Time Clause Samples
The 'Fares and Travelling Time' clause defines how travel expenses and the time spent traveling are handled within an agreement. It typically outlines which fares are reimbursable, such as standard or economy class tickets, and may specify limits on travel time that can be counted as working hours or compensated. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what travel costs will be covered and how travel time is treated, thereby preventing disputes and managing expectations regarding travel-related compensation.
