Similarly, the then current (i) members of the Board and (ii) members of the Company’s senior management shall not make any derogatory comment concerning the Executive, and the Company shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the former (A) members of the Board and (B) members of the Company’s senior management do not make any derogatory comment concerning the Executive.
