FTEs Clause Samples

The FTEs (Full-Time Equivalents) clause defines how the parties will measure and allocate human resources based on standardized units of full-time work. In practice, this clause specifies what constitutes an FTE, such as the number of hours per week or month, and may outline how part-time or shared employees are counted towards the total FTE commitment. Its core function is to ensure clarity and consistency in staffing levels, preventing misunderstandings about resource allocation and performance obligations under the agreement.
