ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, security and other requirements. At a minimum, Contractor shall adhere to the following:
(a) Safety First. Services shall be performed using “safety first” practices and in compliance with all OSHA laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines. Contractor shall provide safety devices and apparel to its employees and shall ensure employees wear all required safety devices.
(b) Contractor shall provide environmental health and safety training to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local health and safety laws or regulations and ensure all its employees are knowledgeable of all security requirements at the Purchaser’s location. Contractor shall not permit any employee to perform services until they have successfully completed all training.
(c) Security Plan. Prior to performing any Janitorial Services, Contractor shall contact the applicable contract administrator for the Purchaser utilizing this Master Contract and receive a security briefing and instructions regarding work to be performed thereunder. Contractor understands and acknowledges that Purchasers may, without additional warning or disclosure, utilize video surveillance to monitor all activities at Purchaser’s premises.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on OSOS premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, and subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with OSOS’s physical, fire, access, safety, and security requirements.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. You are responsible for all aspects of Your working environment and of the access connectivity (Internet connectivity and local area network) they provide with respect to any quality of service issues to which they may contribute. Should You encounter material quality of service issues with Your Service which are not related to Your working environment or to the access connectivity provided by You, but rather are attributable to the network or software provided by Company, then Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy those issues within thirty (30) days of their being reported to Company by You. Should Company fail to achieve a remedy within thirty (30) days, then You will be free to discontinue Service without liability for early termination fees. Should reported quality of service issues be determined to be a result of Your provided access connectivity or of Your working environment, then Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide appropriate information to support that diagnosis and may provide recommendations as to its repair; however, You will remain responsible for its repair and will be held to the contracted commitments as executed.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. If we have agreed to attend the site to provide our Services to you, it shall be your responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for the purpose, that there is an adequate power and water supply (which shall be provided at your cost), that toilet facilities are made available to us and that the work area is clear of all clutter and is well lit. We cannot accept any liability for any costs, damages or losses incurred by you or any third party as a result of your failure to disclose risks that you knew or ought to have known of.

While on SCC’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with SCC’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements and not interfere with SCC’s operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access SCC’s premises will be adequately trained and at all times comply with SCC’s requirements.

As applicable, while on Enterprise Services’ premises or while interacting with Enterprise Services’ personnel, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Enterprise Services’ physical, fire, access, safety, health, and security requirements and not interfere with Enterprise Services’ operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access Enterprise Services’ premises shall be adequately trained and at all times comply with Enterprise Services’ requirements.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. Supplier will ensure that while on Buyer’s premises, Supplier's personnel, agents and subcontractors will abide by any of Buyer’s environmental, health, safety and security requirements.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on DSHS’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with DSHS’s physical, fire, access, safety, and security requirements.
ON SITE REQUIREMENTS. While on BVFF’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with BVFF’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements and not interfere with BVFF’s operations. Contractor represents and warrants that Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors who access BVFF’s premises will be adequately trained and at all times comply with BVFF’s requirements.
