Operational Guidelines. April 1 through September 1 will be the principal operating period for the Alaska Fire Weather Program. Starting and ending dates are subject to the fire weather threat. The roles described in this Operating Plan are intended to be flexible and allow for changing conditions of personnel, workload, and weather hazards.
Operational Guidelines. 10.10.5.1 The SLB committee shall govern the operation of the SLB Program. It shall consist of three members: (1) the Superintendent, (2) the President of the Union Sub-Group (or his/her designee) of the petitioning employee, and (3) Chairperson of the Benefits Committee or his/her designee. A Staff Member who has exhausted his/her personally accumulated sick leave may make a written application to the Committee for withdrawal of days from the reserve. The Staff Member shall state the reason for the inability to work and the number of days requested from the reserve. Before granting the request, the SLB committee must elicit affirmative answers to the following:
10.10.5.2 Is the Staff Member listed as a current member of the SLB Program?
10.10.5.3 Has the Staff Member exhausted his/her personally accumulated sick leave?
10.10.5.4 Is the absence from work due to catastrophic illness or injury to the Staff Member or a Staff Member’s mother, father, spouse, child, or a dependent living in the Staff Member’s household?
Operational Guidelines. 1. Effective August 2006, all current District teachers and all new hires shall automatically belong to the Sick Leave Bank unless the teacher completes and submits the opt-out form to the sick bank chairperson prior to August 15 of each year. The decision to not participate may be reversed within seven (7) school days after August 15. After this time period, the decision is permanent. Only teachers who contribute the assessment will be eligible to participate in the Bank. Membership is effective until Sick Bank days are depleted, and an additional assessment is made. If Sick Bank days are depleted, the Sick Bank Board will require one (1) additional day be donated to the Bank by each member. Teachers, who do not belong to the Sick Leave Bank, may not join the bank until the next open enrollment period during August of the following school year.
2. New teachers may opt out within 10 days if hired after the start of the school year.
3. Half-time teachers will contribute one-half (1/2) day and will be eligible for a maximum benefit forty-five (45) days.
4. Only teachers who contribute will be eligible to participate in the Sick Leave Bank. Benefits of the Bank shall be restricted solely to a physical or mental condition or illness of members that renders the member unable to work, as verified by a doctor only. Pregnancy, by itself is not considered an illness or condition eligible for sick bank. Leave due to complications of pregnancy and/or after delivery (including C-sections), or recovery from delivery will be considered per Operational Guidelines. Cases of job-connected absences are not eligible for Sick Bank use; however, they are covered by Worker’s Compensation benefits. Additional training time related to Choices for Learning Schools will not be covered by the sick bank. The only days eligible for sick bank coverage will be those scheduled days that count toward the 188 contracted. These days will be determined from each individual school calendar.
5. Previously approved unpaid Board leave cannot be converted to paid leave through the sick bank.

Operational Guidelines. The committee shall operate by consensus. Any issue affecting labor relations, as defined by the committee, may be brought before the committee for consideration. The meetings will be facilitated by rotation of its members. A staff representative from the Union and county management may participate in committee operations and provide counsel to the members but shall not have voting rights. The committee shall keep a record of its activities and make a reasonable effort to communicate its actions to and receive input from the employees of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ County.

b. provision of assistance, as well as coordination and cooperation in response operations involving more than one Party, including in areas beyond the jurisdiction of any State;
c. movement and removal of resources across borders;
d. procedures for conducting joint reviews of oil pollution incident response operations;
e. procedures for conducting joint exercises and training; and
f. reimbursement of costs of assistance.
3. In developing and modifying the Operational Guidelines, the Parties shall seek input from relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
Operational Guidelines. All full and/or part time staff will be randomly assigned to one (1) of three (3) or four (4) priority groups i.e. groups A, B, C, D. There will be equitable distribution of senior and junior nurses to the groups. Part time nurses will be equitably assigned throughout the groups. Operational Guidelines. The following guidelines must be adhered to when enforcing the payment of debts.
4.1 The bailiff will take no action if it appears that no responsible adult (person of at least 18 years old) is present at the debtors address. If a responsible adult is present, the bailiff should establish whether that person is the debtor, and if so state clearly the purpose of the visit, and where appropriate explain the powers of the bailiff. If the debtor is unavailable, the bailiff should ask when the debtor is available.
4.2 The bailiff will at all times carry full and proper photographic identification and produce such without being asked whenever attending the debtor’s property, and will show such identification to any person who has reason to require it.
4.3 The nature of the work demands that the bailiff should adopt a firm but correct attitude with debtors and other people they contact in the course of their duties. Bailiffs are to be polite but firm were necessary in their dealings with the public and must avoid being provoked if resentment is shown by an individual.
4.4 The bailiff should promptly report any threats or matters of concern to the Senior Officer (SRO) of DCC ( Ms L Towlson, Mr. I S ▇▇▇▇ or The Head of Service {HOS}).
4.5 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide a contact able service for debtors whilst bailiff operations are in progress whenever practicable.
4.6 The bailiff’s initial contact with a debtor will be with the intention of obtaining immediate payment. Where this is not achieved the bailiff should seek to assess the reason for non-payment and judge whether distraint is likely to be necessary. The bailiff must not distrain if payment of the appropriate is paid, but the bailiff is entitled to charge the statutory attendance allowance to the debtor. When the bailiff has distrained, the debtor should sign a walking possession agreement. If the debtor refuses to sign, or refuses to make payment, or defaults on the payment, the goods should (subject to contrary instructions from DCC) be removed at the earliest opportunity. If the goods cannot be removed within 24 hours of distraint the bailiff or ▇▇▇▇▇▇ must contact the debtor each day to ensure that distraint is not abandoned.
4.7 The debtor must immediately be given a receipt for all cash payments. An official receipt should be sent where payment is made by another means and a stamped addressed envelope is supplied.

Operational Guidelines. Maxim shall develop a set of written guidelines ("Operational Guidelines") for the Facilities. The Operational Guidelines shall include information necessary for the operation of the Facilities, including, but not limited to, operation and maintenance of the golf course, the maintenance facility, the clubhouse, the pro shops and other operations of the Facilities, the hours of operation and other policies relating to the operation of the Facilities. Upon development of the Operational Guidelines, same shall be submitted to Owner for approval and shall become effective only upon approval by Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
