Payment Authorisation. You certify that you are the owner of the debit card, credit card or deposit account that you submitted to Isagenix for payment of your purchases. You may elect an authorised user on your Customer Membership Account to act on your behalf regarding payment authorisations, however, you are solely responsible for all activity on your account. You hereby authorise Isagenix to initiate charges or debit entries on the credit card, debit card or deposit account that was submitted (as applicable) for all orders on your Customer Membership Account, including all Autoship orders (plus additional amounts for substituted products if your regular products are unavailable), plus, in each case, any and all applicable VAT and shipping and handling charges. This authorisation will remain in full force and effect until you notify Isagenix of your election to terminate this authorisation. Such notification must be submitted through your Isagenix Customer Account and must be submitted in such time and in such manner as to afford Isagenix and your financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. You agree that Isagenix is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (such as finance charges and late fees) caused by your failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay for your Isagenix purchases and charges. If there are insufficient funds in your account, your financial institution and Isagenix may charge reasonable service fees and/or interest. You agree that, if you apply for the optional monthly Autoship or backup order, your account will be debited on a monthly basis and that you may cancel at any time upon you sending a notice to the Company via a written notice.
Payment Authorisation. For purposes of this payment authorisation, the term "I" refers to the new member whose name appears above as the primary account holder and on the Membership Agreement. "You" refers to the financial institution where I hold an account. I authorise you to pay membership fees on my behalf to BLOCK Gym, in the amount of the membership plan I have selected (inclusive of VAT at 20%). These payments will continue until I submit a written notice of cancellation of my membership to the Club as instructed in this agreement. I agree I am bound by the membership payment terms and unpaid account balance due upon cancellation. I agree that you will be fully protected in honouring these direct debits and that your treatment of them and rights in respect to them are the same as if personally signed by me. I understand that I must notify the Club of account changes and that I may incur an additional fee whenever there is a payment default. I understand that if I terminate the agreement or cancel the direct debit in a manner not described in the agreement, I may be liable to BLOCK for damages for breach of contract.
Payment Authorisation. 16.1 FNB shall be entitled to deduct amounts against the Borrower’s nominated account at the Bank with all amounts due or which might at any future time become due by the Borrower under this Agreement.
16.2 This authority shall in no way be construed as substituting, varying or novating the Borrower’s obligation under this Agreement.
16.3 The Borrower acknowledges that the withdrawals hereby authorised may be processed by a computer system known as the MagTape Service, in which event the Borrower will not receive any voucher if its account is computerised, but details of each withdrawal will be reflected on its bank statement.
Payment Authorisation. When you provide payment information to the Company or to one of its payment processors, you represent to the Company that you are the authorised user of the card, PIN, key or account associated with that payment, and you authorise the Company to charge your credit card or to process your payment with the chosen third- party payment processor for any Subscription, Product or other fees incurred by you. the Company may require you to provide your address or other information in order to meet their obligations under applicable tax law. If your use of Services is subject to any type of use or sales tax or VAT, then the Company may also charge you for those taxes, in addition to the Subscription or other fees published in the Rules of Use. You agree that you will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the place of your residence, whether to circumvent geographical restrictions on content, to purchase at pricing not applicable to your geography, or for any other purpose. If you do this, the Company may terminate your access to your Account.
Payment Authorisation. 16.1 For fraud prevention purposes, you authorise us (or our payment services provider, Stripe) to place a pre-authorisation hold of up to £45 for each charging session (“Pre-Authorised Hold”) against the payment details entered for the purpose of using our Services as a Guest User (“Relevant Card”). The Pre-Authorised Hold will be placed against your credit card, or where a debit card has been used, against your bank account.
16.2 Once your charging session has ended, the Pre-Authorised Hold will be
16.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. By utilising the Services as a Guest User, you authorise the Company to charge the Relevant Card for the Services provided. This includes but is not limited to, any Transaction Fees that were not collected whether due to insufficient funds or technical difficulties with our payment processing systems or otherwise. In the event that the Transaction Fees have not been processed for whatever reason(s), you expressly authorise the Company to debit / retry your Relevant Card at a later date for the uncollected Transaction Fees (“Payment Retry”). You agree that your authorisation for Payment Retry will remain in effect until all Transaction Fees are fully collected by the Company.
Payment Authorisation. 5.1. You give iEnsure Digital (Pty)Ltd permission to instruct your bank to collect premiums from the bank account above, or any other bank you might transfer to in future. You agree to the following conditions:
5.1.1. We’ll never debit more money from your bank account than the premiums you’ve agreed to in your contract with us;
5.1.2. You understand that the bank will treat iEnsure’s payment instructions as if you’ve issued them;
5.1.3. We’ll debit your account monthly on your chosen debit order date. If the payment day falls on a Sunday or a recognised South African public holiday, we’ll debit your account on the next work day;
5.1.4. The start date of this instruction is subject to the activation of your policy;
5.1.5. The withdrawals you’ve authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by South African banks;
5.1.6. The details of each withdrawal will be printed on your bank statement, with your policy number as a reference.
5.1.7. You may cancel, amend or replave this agreement with a 30 day written notice to iEnsure on which the date of cancellation, replacement or amendment will apply.
Payment Authorisation. 8.1. We will treat you as having authorised a payment by credit transfer from your Account if:
8.1.1. you authorised the payment by credit transfer through the Distributor’s Interface by using your security credentials;
8.1.2. a Third Party Provider has initiated a payment from your Account; or
8.1.3. you have set up a Direct Debit payment to be taken from your Account with a merchant.
8.2. We will treat you as having authorised a payment by your Card if you use your PIN or other security credentials personal to you or the Card to validate the payment.
8.3. We will be entitled to rely on your authorisation of a payment unless you notify the Distributor on becoming aware that money has been stolen from your Account or that your payment instructions have not been followed correctly. You must notify the Distributor as soon as possible but in any event within thirteen (13) months of the date of the relevant payment.
8.4. For most payments, once you have authorised a payment, the payment cannot be stopped or revoked.
8.5. There are certain circumstances where a payee may require the balance available on your Account to be greater than the value of the payment which you wish to make. Merchants may request this as they may need to access more funds than you initially planned to spend, for example when making a hotel or rental card reservations. You will only be charged for the actual and final value of the payment. In the event that a Merchant has prior authorisation on the Card, you will not have access to the authorised balance until the payment is completed or if sooner, up to a period of thirty (30) days. We will only block access to the exact amount of funds authorised by the relevant Card.

You hereby authorise Isagenix to initiate charges on the method of payment that was submitted for orders on your Account, including all Subscription Rewards (autoship) orders (plus additional amounts for substituted Products if your regular autoship Products are unavailable), plus, in each case, any and all applicable VAT and shipping and handling charges. This authorisation will remain in full force and effect until you notify Isagenix in writing of your election to terminate this authorisation. Such notification must be submitted through your Account and must be submitted in such time and in such manner as to afford Isagenix and your financial institution a reasonable opportunity to act on it. You agree that Isagenix is not liable for any overdraft or insufficient fund situation or charge (such as finance charges and late fees) caused by your failure to maintain funds sufficient to pay for your Isagenix purchases and charges. 6.1. suspension or adjustment of the debit order or payment authorisation during the Relief Period, or such other period as may be agreed;
6.2. resumption or adjustment of the debit order or payment authorisation after the Relief Period; and
6.3. extension of the payment authorisation or debit order if the term of the Loan is extended.
Payment Authorisation. 4.1. The Hirer hereby grants Splend a continuous payment authority over the Payment Account (the “Authority”).
4.2. Splend shall use the Authority solely to deduct any Charges incurred pursuant to this Agreement.
4.3. In the event that Splend uses the Authority to deduct any Charges and that request fails then the Hirer shall be obliged to pay the Cost Recovery Fee in respect of each failed payment in accordance with clause 3.9.
4.4. The Hirer has the right to cancel the Authority at any time by contacting its bank or Splend directly. Should the Hirer do this during the Hiring Period, it shall be in material breach of this Agreement.
4.5. In the event that Splend is unable to deduct any Charges using the Authority when they fall due, this shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement by the Hirer.
