Phone Banking. (a) It allows the Client to perform Banking Transactions and to get customized information about the Accounts activated for this component by calling the Contact Centre BCR, non-stop.
(b) Banking Transactions can be performed by talking over the phone with an adviser through Contact Centre BCR Specialist, at the Client’s express request and only during the phone call.
Phone Banking. If we approve Phone Banking for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Phone Banking to:
Phone Banking. You may access your accounts via our touch-tone telephone system. We will assign you a PIN to use this service. You may use telephone access to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, money market, and club accounts; • Obtain balance, account activity, and other information on your savings, checking, money market, and club accounts; • Verify whether a check or other item has cleared your account; • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, money market, and club accounts; • Take advances from your line-of-credit loan account; • Change your PIN number on the telephone access service; The telephone access service is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, but may be inaccessible for a short period each day for data processing. Limitations. The following limitations will apply to the Telephone/Audio Response Service: • The maximum dollar amount of transfers per day is $50,000.00.
Phone Banking a) Definition: It is a service through which the Customer contacts a certain phone number for carrying out banking transactions to its accounts, using a personal identification number (PIN) provided by the Bank for this purpose, according to the following terms:
b) The Customer identifies himself/herself on the phone by indicating his/her account number and his/her PIN of the phone banking before requesting service.
c) The Customer may give instructions to the Bank over the phone (either through automated response system or through the assistance of the Bank employee) to provide certain services to the Customer.
d) The Bank shall not be liable for damages and losses resulting from implementing the instructions of the Customer through the phone banking as long as they are issued correctly.
e) The Customer agrees that the Bank may record his/her phone conversations with the Bank.
f) In case of loss/disclosure of the PIN, the Customer should notify the Bank immediately to take the necessary action and the Bank shall issue a new PIN at the expense of the Customer. The Customer shall remain responsible for all transactions made to his/her accounts over the Phone Banking until the date of notifying the Bank of loss or disclosure.
g) The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to stoppage or failure of the system, including non-execution of transactions or instructions of the Customer.
h) Transfer through Phone Banking from and to savings account shall be subject to savings account terms and conditions.
i) The Bank shall reserve the right to add, delete, modify or suspend any of the services provided through the Phone Banking, from time to time, without prior notice or giving reasons.
j) In case of sending information by fax within UAE using Phone Banking, the Bank shall have the right to deduct fees from any current or savings accounts of the Customer with the Bank for each transmission. The Customer shall bear the responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of information sent to him by fax.
1. ELECTRONIC BANKING SERVICES

Phone Banking. 28.1. The Bank shall provide the Cardmember (may also to Supplementary Cardmember) with all the facilities, which are or may from time to time become part of the Phone Banking Service in respect of Card Accounts .The Cardmember accepts that at his or her request the Bank has agreed to provide the facility of availing the Phone Banking Service by giving instructions through telephone (which will be accepted by the Cardmember or his/her representatives either manually or by an automated system depending on its availability) apart from any written standing instructions or that may be given to the Bank by the Cardmember and At the request of the Cardmember the Bank may issue an ID or T PIN to the Cardmember for utilizing the Phone Banking Service. The Cardmember agree that the security of the T PIN and ID is the complete responsibility of the Cardmember.
28.2. The Cardmember shall not knowingly or unknowingly disclose the key to any person and shall take all precautions to prevent disclosure of the T PIN or ID to any person in any way and they shall be liable to the Bank for all Card transactions made with the same whether with / without the knowledge of the Cardmember.
28.3. In consideration of the Bank agreeing to act on the Cardmember’s oral instructions specified through the telephone in respect of such facilities as may be offered by the Bank from time to time as part of the Phone Banking Service, moreover the Cardmember (on behalf of himself /herself and his /her successor in title and assigns thereof) agrees and undertakes to indemnify the Bank and hold the Bank harmless against liabilities, losses, costs, damages, claims, actions, proceedings, demands and expenses of what so ever nature that may be suffered or sustained by the Bank as a result thereof.
28.4. Any person calling Phone Banking and providing details and necessary verifications will be able to give instructions through the telephone and the Bank does not undertake any responsibility and shall not be liable for carrying out instructions given through Phone Banking Service, even though 58 59 such instructions have not been issued with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s authority.
28.5. The Bank has no obligation for establishing or verifying the identity or authority of any person or determining the validity of any transaction as long as where the person giving such instructions purportedly in the Cardmember’s name provides the Bank with the T PIN and other required information and the Bank shall not be liable for...

Phone Banking. The Digital Banking Service may also provide numbers for you to engage in phone banking. The term “Phone Banking Service” means a service by which ATFCU may allow you to perform certain Account inquiries and transactions otherwise available through the Digital Banking Service by calling a designated number. The Digital Banking Service provides the following inquiries, transactions, and other services, as and when available: • Transfer funds between your checking, savings, or loan accounts. • Obtain balances for any of your accounts. • Review account balance and transaction history for any of your deposit accounts. External Funds Transfers. External funds transfers through either the Digital Banking Service or Phone Banking Service are provided subject to the terms of this Digital Banking Agreement, the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) and the ACH Networks, as well as all applicable law otherwise referenced in this Digital Banking Agreement, including without limitation the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and Regulation E, as applicable. You agree to be bound by all such rules and applicable law as in effect from time to time. We may impose limits on transfer amounts, as well as select the method by which funds are transferred at our sole discretion. You agree to pay any applicable transfer fees as set forth on the Fee Schedule published on our website (▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇).

If we approve your application for telephone access to the accounts you have with us under the Phone Banking Service, you may use a telephone to access the account with us and conduct EFTs by calling ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ or toll free at ▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. You must use your PIN along with the account number you have with us to access the accounts. At the present time you may use Phone Banking to: • Transfer funds between the checking, savings, and line of credit accounts with us. • Make loan payments from the checking account to loan ac- counts with us. • Obtain balance information on the checking and savings accounts. • Obtain information about withdrawing funds by check, copies of statements, taxes, requesting stop payment of a check or series of checks, and reorders of checks.
Phone Banking. 6.4.1. The services under the Agreement may be provided to the Client via phone. The Client hereby accepts and undertakes the transactions related to the existing or future services which cause a debit or credit entry in his/her accounts or third party accounts held with the Bank where the required password is used and/or in all kinds of accounts outside the Bank, which are performed by calling the Call Center within the scope of Phone Banking Services. The Client shall be able to obtain this service in person through the Bank Call Center after entering his/her passwords and/or answering the security questions. The Client agrees and declares that he/she can receive the services determined by the Bank in person by entering the Bank's system or via call center customer representative and/or some services determined by the Bank via call center customer representative upon answering client number, password and other security questions.
6.4.2. The Bank shall be entitled to change the phone numbers it has announced before, and announce the new number via appropriate means and methods. The Client agrees, declares and undertakes that he/she will not hold the Bank responsible for delays/interruptions arising from such changes. In order for the Client to benefit from the products/services provided via Phone Banking channel, he/she shall be obliged to use the phone number announced by the Bank and the phone, etc. information to be announced for new products/services.
6.4.3. The Client agrees and declares that he/she will take necessary precautions to keep the password given to him/her confidential, that he/she will not disclose it to third parties or
6.4.4. The Client shall authorize the Bank for effecting transactions upon verbal instructions such as transfers and remittance either to his/her own accounts or to the accounts of third parties.
6.4.5. If the Bank cannot ensure a secure and sound phone call with the Client, it shall have the right not to start the transaction. The Client agrees, declares and undertakes that all of the information and instructions he/she will give during the phone call that is being recorded or to the voice response system or Bank Customer Representative can be used by the Bank as evidence and that they constitute conclusive evidence according to Art. 193 of the Civil Procedure Code.
