The Program Coordination clause establishes the framework for managing and overseeing the collaborative activities between parties involved in a program or project. Program Coordination. The contractor shall assist SRP Lead Agent by coordinating and performing liaison duties with other offices and agencies including Army Commands, DA staff offices, other Army agencies, other DOD Services and offices, Joint Staff, international organizations, and State and Federal agencies. This coordination shall support development of standards, strategies, policies, guidance, procuring support, identifying procedures and local requirements, and establishing agreements. This coordination may be conducted via telecommunications, email, SRP enterprise tools, and site visits.
Program Coordination. A. CITY: The CITY’S DIRECTOR, or his or her designee, also identified on the Summary Pages, shall be the CITY official responsible for the Program and shall render overall supervision of the progress and performance of this AGREEMENT by CITY. All services agreed to be performed by CITY shall be under the overall direction of the DIRECTOR.
Program Coordination. The Department and CDPHE shall work together to provide program implementation and administration for all programs listed in this Interagency Agreement. This program coordination includes, but is not limited to: joint meetings when necessary, telephone conference calls, review of printed materials, assistance with billing concerns, assistance with provider questions and joint participation in program trainings.

Program Coordination. MSCR will work with the Parks Division to coordinate proposed WPCRC programs with other activities at the WPCRC as well as other recreational offerings in the area. MSCR planned recreation programs shall not interfere with the City’s ability to rent out the WPCRC in order to produce revenue that is necessary to the facility’s continued operation and in order to serve members of the community that are not being served by the Plan.
Program Coordination. The Agencies believe that program coordination is needed to ensure the Agencies are working closely together to achieve common project goals and objectives. COMPASS has allocated staff time in the FY 2011 Unified Planning Work Program to provide project management and other interagency coordination and implementation.

b. Grantee shall assign a single Program manager (“Grantee Manager”) who shall have overall responsibility for the performance of the Program and compliance with this Agreement by Grantee. Should circumstances or conditions require a substitute Grantee Manager, Grantee shall notify the Manager immediately of such occurrence. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s staff shall cooperate fully with the Manager with respect to all matters related to this Agreement.
c. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s staff shall attend and actively participate in the monthly Santa ▇▇▇▇ Violence Prevention Partnership (“The Partnership”) Operational Team, the monthly Multi- Disciplinary Assessment and Referral Team (“MDART”), and other meetings as required or requested by the Manager, including meetings described elsewhere in this Agreement.
1. Grantee shall designate one primary and one secondary representative to attend meetings required or requested by the Manager. If the primary representative cannot attend a required meeting, Grantee shall send in their place the secondary representative. In no CHOICE Grant Funding Agreement -Cycle IX Year 2 Form approved by the City Attorney 11/5/2018 event shall a required meeting be unattended by Grantee without prior authorization from the Manager. Required meetings include but are not limited to the monthly Operational Team and MDART meetings.
2. Active participation in the monthly MDART meetings consists of providing updates on any youth referred through the Guiding People Successfully Program, conferring with MDART meeting attendees when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s participant(s) are in need of additional services not provided by Grantee, providing feedback as requested, and responding to City requests.
d. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s staff shall actively participate with The Partnership’s annual Gang Prevention Awareness Month in collaboration with the City, as requested by the Manager.
e. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s staff shall prioritize any client referrals submitted to The Partnership that pertain to the services provided by Grantee under the terms of the Agreement.
f. Grantee shall incorporate The Partnership’s logo and the phrase “Funded by Measure O” on any promotional and marketing materials related to the Program.

4.5 Neither party, nor any joint committee, shall have the power to obligate Institution or Facility resources, or commit either to any particular action.
Program Coordination. 5.1.1 Individual activities of CONTRACTOR personnel shall be coordinated in accordance with applicable program direction and procedures, and to the extent such direction and procedures do not conflict with the policies of their employing agencies; and
5.1.2 CONTRACTOR and designated staff of Orange County Sheriff’s Department and OC Animal Care will work together as a team, with each member supplementing and enhancing the efforts of every other team member. Coordination and communication will be ongoing during the days that team members are at work.
