Purpose of this Document. The purpose of this Service Level Agreement (SLA) is to provide clarity in terms of accountability, policy, operation and reporting procedures for each of the parties and in particular to: reaffirm the scope of the scheme; describe the roles and responsibilities of each party; set out the financial arrangements; and detail the arrangements for monitoring performance in relation to the scheme. The measures available under this scheme are listed at Annex 1.
Purpose of this Document. This public document presents the first DMP for the MULTI-STR3AM project. It describes the overall Data Governance in the project including the lifecycle of data to be collected, generated, used or processed within the project and the handling of data, including methodologies, data sharing, privacy and security considerations, legal and regulatory requirements, informed consent, open access, for during and after the project. The goal of considering these aspects of data management is to ensure data is well managed during the project, ensuring its effective implementation, and properly preserved for future use, ensuring the full potential and value of the data is retained. This document describes the current status of the DMP at the time of delivery, October 2020, and will be refined by future deliverables of the DMP and updates in individual Work Packages (WPs).
Purpose of this Document. In November 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (“the AER”) approved a consolidated Access Arrangement under the National Gas Rules for: a the Gas Distribution System in Victoria which is owned by Australian Gas Networks (Vic) Pty Ltd (ABN 73 085 899 001) (“AGN Vic”); and b the Gas Distribution System in New South Wales which is owned by Australian Gas Networks (Albury) Limited (ABN 84 000 001 249) (“AGN Albury”), for the period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022. This period was extended to 30 June 2023 by virtue of an Order in Council made on 28 September 2021 pursuant to section 64 of the National Gas (Victoria) Act 2008. This document contains the revised consolidated Access Arrangement for AGN Vic’s Victorian Gas Distribution System and AGN Albury’s New South Wales Gas Distribution System, which, if approved, will have effect for the period commencing on 1 July 2023 and ending on 30 June 2028. The geographical spread of the two Gas Distribution Systems is shown in Annexure A, with further detail provided in the Access Arrangement Information. A description of the Gas Distribution Systems can be inspected at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇. This Access Arrangement as revised describes the terms and conditions on which access will be granted to the Network, and contains the required elements of an Access Arrangement as described in Rule 48 of the Rules. This Access Arrangement is accompanied by Access Arrangement Information.
Purpose of this Document. 2.1 This document constitutes a Partnership Agreement under the above legislation between the LA and the Governing Body, for the benefit of the School.
Purpose of this Document. This Access Arrangement is submitted by the Tubridgi Parties to the Gas Access Regulator, the Western Australian Office of Gas Access Regulation (‘the Regulator’), in accordance with section 2 of the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems (‘the Code’). This Access Arrangement applies to the Tubridgi Pipeline System, which is comprised of the Tubridgi Pipeline (WA PL16) and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pipeline (WA PL19). These two pipelines both start at the Tubridgi Gas Plant, 25 kilometres south of Onslow, and end at Compressor Station No.2 (CS2) on Epic Energy’s Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (DBNGP). A map illustrating the route of the Tubridgi Pipeline and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Pipeline is included as Annexure A to this Access Arrangement. Further information about the Tubridgi Pipeline System is included in the Access Arrangement Information. Details of the terms and conditions which will apply in relation to third party access to the Tubridgi Pipeline System are set out in Annexure B of this Access Arrangement. Access Arrangement Information relating to this Access Arrangement has been submitted to the Regulator in accordance with section 2 of the Code.

Parties A and B are together referred to as the “Service Providers” and Parties A, B, and C are together referred to as the “Parties” and individually a “Party”.
1.2. The Client has an active Regular Membership with the Bank. Under this Regular Membership, the Client has access to a service of (semi-automated) portfolio management (the “Service”).
1.3. The Service is jointly offered by the Bank and ETFmatic. However, each Service Provider intervenes and is ultimately responsible for different aspects of the Service.
1.4. The scope of the Service and the obligations of the Parties in the framework of the Service are defined in this Tripartite Agreement.

Purpose of this Document. 2.1 The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure that the proper elements and commitments are in place to provide consistent Building Control support, advice and to provide a guideline procedure which will enable CPD to comply with its obligations under the Building Regulations. The Agreement has been designed to allow the parties to operate a pilot scheme to give effect to the following main objectives:
(a) To enable Building Control, Belfast to provide assurances that the Building Regulations have been complied with in respect of building works to Crown buildings falling within the scheme. This means that building works should be carried out in a safe and proper manner and the health and safety of persons in and around buildings is consistently assured;
(b) In providing these assurances, CPD shall take direction from Building Control and submit applications, plans and permit Building Control to inspect building works. It shall also pay any reasonable fee as required by Building Control in remuneration for these services.
(c) Building Control shall consider such applications, plans, and inspect works and issue Certificates where it considers that the works comply with the Building Regulations;
(d) CPD shall make Building Control Certificates a prerequisite to specific projects;
(e) To provide assurances in so far as it is possible to do so, that the buildings which fall within the remit of the scheme comply with the Building Regulations to such standard as is generally required by Building Control and which satisfies the requirements of the relevant legislation.
2.2 A further key purpose of this Agreement is to allow the parties to record the basis on which they will work together. This Agreement sets out:
(a) the principles underpinning the Agreement;
(b) the scope and duration of the scheme;
(c) the respective roles and responsibilities of the parties;
(d) the accountability of each party and confidentiality of information obtained by either party;
(e) the liability of each party;
(f) the financial arrangements;
(g) the arrangements for monitoring performance in relation to the Scheme;
(h) the arrangements for reviewing and varying the Scheme;
2.3 Each party shall at all times act in good faith towards the other party in interpretation and delivery of this Agreement.
