Qualification Process. Supplier shall participate in and comply with JDSU’s qualification process, if any, to ensure Supplier and Products can meet the Facility Specifications, Manufacturing Procedures and the Product Specifications. The parties shall be responsible for the costs for such qualification as mutually agreed upon in writing.

(c) The total of Landlord Expansion Payments, including the requested Landlord Expansion Payment, shall not exceed $7,175,000.00 in the aggregate.

Venture, and its suppliers, shall participate in and comply with Hypercom’s qualification process, if any, to ensure Venture and the Products can meet the Manufacturing Procedures and the Product Specifications.
