Qualification Process Sample Clauses

The Qualification Process clause outlines the procedures and criteria that must be met for a party, product, or service to be deemed eligible or approved under the agreement. Typically, this involves submitting documentation, undergoing evaluations, or meeting specific standards set forth by the other party. For example, a supplier may need to demonstrate compliance with quality standards or pass an initial audit before being allowed to provide goods or services. The core function of this clause is to ensure that only qualified parties or products participate, thereby reducing risk and maintaining quality standards within the contractual relationship.
