Responsibilities and Scope of Work. The ONC and NCQA agree to the activities outlined below in order to maintain consistency and integrity in the testing processes that support certifications issued through the ONC Health IT Certification Program. The ONC agrees to undertake the following activities: Notify NCQA of reported issues, complaints and feedback related to NCQA’s testing methods; Notify ONC-Authorized Testing Laboratories (ONC-ATLs) and NCQA of patches, upgrades, planned enhancements, and issues related to Cypress in the interest of testing tool and process harmonization between governmental and non-governmental testing approaches; Notify ONC-ATLs and NCQA of modifications to test procedures and certification companion guides related to the criteria that NCQA tests via the ONC listserv; Monitor NCQA’s timely alignment of its testing with CMS eCQM Annual Updates; Host all NCQA-approved test procedures on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; Collaborate with NCQA on the update and release of NCQA test procedures on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; Collaborate with NCQA on ONC listserv announcements and other public communications; and Meet with NCQA on a semi-annual basis to review the progress of NCQA’s testing maintenance and development, address any unresolved issues, and ensure policy and technical alignment. The NCQA agrees to undertake the following activities: Fund the development, maintenance and user support of its testing method; Develop and maintain the test tool(s), test decks, and test procedures as an ONC approved alternative testing approach to meet the 2015 Edition certification criterion § 170.315(c)(2) – (c)(4) through the lifetime of the Edition of certification to which the certification criteria belong or if NCQA seeks to have its approval removed; Notify ONC of patches, upgrades, and planned enhancements to the approved testing method, including updates as a result of standards developing organization (SDO) published errata/corrections, within 30 days of any change; Include support for ongoing surveillance activities conducted by ONC and its ONC-Authorized Certification Bodies (ONC-ACBs) to ensure that the approved testing method continues to conform to the requirements of its certification, and provide support and SME expertise to support ongoing surveillance activities as needed; Notify ONC of modifications to test procedures and other relevant testing documents related to the criteria that NCQA tests to, and provide a copy of the modified versions of the test procedures for posting to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, w...
Responsibilities and Scope of Work. 2.1 Party B shall provide the aforementioned technical services, and the responsibilities and scope of work of both parties are as follows: Hardware, Data Center and Network conducting regular inspections and monitoring of hardware servers, data center environments, and basic networks, conducting comprehensive system inspections on a regular basis, and handling any abnormalities and malfunctions Party B System Operation platform conducting regular inspections and monitoring of operating system software, database software, and middleware software, conducting comprehensive system inspections on a regular basis, and handling any abnormalities and malfunctions, including system upgrades and virus prevention. Party B System system change testing and deployment, daily operation and maintenance monitoring and inspections, fault and emergency handling, demand management, and system performance, capacity, and availability management in relation to the system.   • SCOPE OF WORK AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Interconnection Customer’s Scope of Work and Responsibilities

  • Specific Responsibilities Without limiting the responsibilities of the Manager, the Manager will: 1. Maintain office facilities (which may be in the offices of the Manager or a corporate affiliate but shall be in such location as the Trust reasonably determines). 2. Furnish statistical and research data, clerical services and stationery and office supplies. 3. Compile data for, prepare for execution by the Fund and file all the Fund’s federal and state tax returns and required tax filings other than those required by this Agreement to be made by the Fund’s custodian and transfer agent. 4. Prepare compliance filings pursuant to state securities laws with the advice of the Trust’s counsel. 5. Prepare the Trust’s Annual and Semi-Annual Reports to Shareholders and amendments to its Registration Statements (on Form N-1A or any replacement therefor). 6. Compile data for, prepare and file timely Notices to the SEC required pursuant to Rule 24f-2 under the 1940 Act. 7. Determine the daily pricing of the portfolio securities and computation of the net asset value and the net income of Fund in accordance with the Prospectus, resolutions of the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and the procedures set forth in EXHIBIT A: NET ASSET VALUE CALCULATIONS. 8. Keep and maintain the financial accounts and records of the Fund and provide the Trust with certain reports, as needed or requested by the Fund. 9. Provide officers for the Trust as requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees. 10. Perform fund accounting services for the Fund as set forth in EXHIBIT B: FUND ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS. 11. Generally assist in all aspects of the operations of the Fund.

  • Contractor Responsibilities A. The Contractor shall comply with the reporting requirements of Agency. All reports shall be in writing and, when applicable, in the format specified by the Agency. All reports shall be supported by the Contractor’s records. B. Contractor shall cooperate with the Agency in establishing rate for reimbursement purposes. C. Contractor shall transfer a client from one category of care or service to another only with the written approval of the Agency. D. If the Contractor obtains services for any part of this contract from another vendor, the Contractor is responsible for the fulfillment of the terms of the contract and shall give written notification of such to the Agency for approval.

  • Client’s Responsibilities The Client’s responsibilities include the following: a. Enrolling. The Client must complete the Informed Consent for Collection and Storage (attached as Schedule 1) The Client must complete or facilitate the Gestational Carrier’s and if applicable, Egg Donor’s completion of the Health History Questionnaire and the Informed Consent to Testing of the Maternal Sample provided by ViaCord. For ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ collected in New York State, where possible, the Child’s biological father should also complete a Health History Questionnaire. Generally, for Newborn Stem Cells to be used in treatment, the healthcare provider will need information about the Gestational Carrier and if applicable, Egg Donor. The Health History Questionnaire(s) provides much of the required information.Complete and accurate information is critical to Release and use of Newborn Stem Cells. If You do not provide a completed Health History Questionnaire(s) from the Gestational Carrier and if applicable, Egg Donor, VPL may be unable to Release the Newborn Stem Cells. In addition, if any information provided in the ViaCord Services Agreement or any of the Health History Questionnaire(s) is incomplete or incorrect, it is the Client’s responsibility to notify ViaCord and correct that information immediately.

  • Customer Responsibilities Notwithstanding the above, Customer agrees that except as provided by this DPA, Customer is responsible for its secure use of the Services, including securing its account authentication credentials, protecting the security of Customer Data when in transit to and from the Services and taking any appropriate steps to securely encrypt or backup any Customer Data uploaded to the Services.
