Seniority Points Sample Clauses
The Seniority Points clause establishes a system for ranking or prioritizing individuals based on their length of service or accumulated experience within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines how points are earned—such as through years of employment, completed projects, or other measurable contributions—and how these points affect decisions like promotions, layoffs, or access to certain benefits. Its core practical function is to provide a transparent and objective method for recognizing and rewarding long-term commitment, thereby ensuring fairness in personnel decisions and reducing disputes over seniority-related matters.
