The Service Connection clause defines the terms and conditions under which a service provider will connect or enable access to a particular service for the customer. Service Connection. The term "service connection” refers to the point of connection of a user's piping to the Missoula Water system.
Service Connection any and all couplings, service lines/connections, cisterns, and other and equipment or facilities necessary for providing the Services (the “Service Connection”) must comply with this Agreement, as well as all County standards, Bylaws and Service Policies.

After the Customer’s installation has been inspected and approved by the proper authority, a meter will be installed by MPS and electric service made available provided that all applications, agreements, and deposits have been submitted by the Customer and approved by MPS. Written affidavits and requests must be received by MPS by 24 hours preceding the date that connection is desired. Weekends and holidays are excluded and affidavits and requests will not be received at those times.
Service Connection. The Corporation has the right to place water service equipment and pipe necessary to connect the service on the Member's property. The Corporation shall have access to its equipment located upon Member's premises at all reasonable and necessary times for any purpose connected with or in the furtherance of its business operations, and upon discontinuance of service the Corporation shall have the right to remove any of its equipment from the Member's property. The Corporation shall have access to the Member's property during the Corporation's normal business hours for the purpose of inspecting for possible cross-connections, potential contamination hazards, illegal lead materials and any other violations or possible violations of state and federal statutes and regulations relating to the Safe Drinking Water Act, Chapter 341 of the Texas Health & Safety Code and/or the Corporation's tariff and service policies. These inspections shall be conducted by the Corporation or its designated agent prior to initiating service and periodically thereafter. If not previously provided, Member shall grant to the Corporation permanent recorded easement(s) dedicated to the Corporation for the purpose of providing reasonable rights of access and use to allow the Corporation to construct, maintain, replace, upgrade, parallel, inspect, test and operate any facilities necessary to serve that Applicant as well as the Corporation's purposes in providing system-wide service for existing or future members. If the total water supply is insufficient to meet demands, or in the event there is a shortage of water, whether caused by a natural or man-made condition, the Corporation will initiate the Drought Contingency Plan as specified in the Corporation's Tariff. By execution of this agreement, the Applicant hereby shall comply with the terms of said program.
Service Connection. With respect to the Brunel Properties, the one and on- half inch (1 1/2”) connection water tap that connects the Pipeline and two-inch (2”) service water line to the Brunel Properties, which connection water tap shall be located at the corner of Golden Gate Canyon Road and Catamount Drive; provided, however, that the size of the connection water tap may be subject to increase as provided in this Agreement.

Service Connection. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to contact the utility company. The electric company (refer to utility contacts) will furnish the connection and power at the locations shown on the Contract Drawings. The service connection shown on the plans is only approximate. It shall also be the Contractor's responsibility to pay all charges to the utility company for performing the work previously described. Openings where cables enter the bottom of the controller cabinet and each pullbox shall be sealed with approved elastic sealing compound. No direct reimbursement will be made under this contract to the Contractor for payments made to electric company, it being understood that full compensation for any payment made by the Contractor to the utility company will be included in the contract prices bid. Grounding Cable - Grounding cable shall be bare copper No. 8 AWG wires.
