Service Contents. 2.1 Wanchi Technology shall accept the entrustment of Beijing Jinxi to conduct the overall operation and management on the Beijing Jinxi Pawning Business during the Service Period in accordance with the provisions hereof, including but not limited to:
(a) Assisting Beijing Jinxi in establishing the management mode and operation plans of the company;
(b) Assisting Beijing Jinxi in establishing the corporate standardization and the pawning management system;
(c) Assisting Beijing Jinxi in setting the market development plan;
(d) Providing Beijing Jinxi with the market information and client resources information;
(e) Conducting professional industry and market research and investigation upon entrustment;
(f) Conducting trainings on the working staff of Beijing Jinxi and improve their professional levels;
(g) Other services reasonably requested by Beijing Jinxi.
2.2 The entrustment on Wanchi Technology to provide the above services by Beijing Jinxi shall be sole and exclusive, namely Beijing Jinxi shall agree to accept the above services provided by Wanchi Technology. Besides, Beijing Jinxi shall further agree that without the prior written consent of Wanchi Technology, Beijing Jinxi shall not accept the same or similar professional consultancies and services as stipulated in Clause 2.1 provided by any third parties during the term of this Agreement.
2.3 Both parties shall agree that Wanchi Technology shall be entitled to issue a written notice to Beijing Jinxi and partially or fully authorize the subsidiaries or connected companies of Wanchi Technology to exercise its right to provide the above services and charge the Service Fees hereunder.
2.4 Without the prior written consent of Wanchi Technology, Beijing Jinxi shall not transfer any of the rights it enjoyed and the obligations it assumed hereunder to any third parties.
Service Contents. 2.1 According to agreements hereunder, Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) agrees to accept the entrustment of the Target Company in the term of services to fully operate and manage the Target Company and Internet value-added telecom business (hereinafter referred to as “Value-added Telecom Business”) thereof as well as any other business which Chinese laws allow the Target Company to engage in (see Appendix I), including but not limited to providing the Target Company with comprehensive technical services, business consulting, lease of capital equipment, market consulting, integration of systems, research and development of products and maintenance of systems.
2.2 The Target Company shall exclusively entrust Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) to provide the aforesaid services, that is, the Target Company agrees to receive the aforesaid services provided by Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing), and further agrees to that it will not receive services the same as or similar to those set out in Article 2.1 provided by a third party in the term of the Agreement, save as otherwise approved by Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) in writing in advance.
2.3 Both Parties agree that, by sending a written notice to the Target Company, Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) can transfer all or part of its rights of providing the aforesaid services and collecting service fees hereunder to its subsidiary or affiliated company.
2.4 Without the prior written consent of Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing), the Target Company shall not transfer any of the rights enjoyed or obligations undertaken by it hereunder to any third party. However, Baina Zhiyuan (Beijing) can transfer any of rights enjoyed or obligations undertaken by it hereunder to its related party.

e. Spare parts program (item with payment only when used)
Service Contents. CDN is Telenor's platform for streaming and content distribution, and provides live, on-demand, and download services for TV and video distribution. Content ingest (live and on-demand) CDN supports content ingest of live and on-demand video sources from defined parties. For content ingest of live TV channels, the Customer may use 3 parts broadcast TV head-end services or make use of pre formatted TV channels broadcast directly to Telenor's CDN from defined parties and sources. For on-demand file imports, the Customer or the Customer's partners/suppliers may make use of a standard ftp file upload to Telenor's CDN file store.
Service Contents. The Service shall include the following provided services, as well as related services.
1. The provision of Japanese lessons online
Service Contents. Massage services include all necessary equipment (massage table, oils, towels, etc.). Specific requests (e.g., oil changes, technique adjustments) must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.
Service Contents. Party A entrusts Party B as its designated network advertising agent and service provider to provide Party A with the purchase and release of Baidu advertising products, specifically including: o Advertising purchase and advertising release: Party B will provide Party A with media purchase and advertising release services as well as the comprehensive specific search engine advertising strategy as agreed by both parties.
Service Contents. 2.1 Within the term of this Agreement, Party B shall provide Party A anti-spamming, privacy data protection and anti-virus products and solutions, carry out mobile value added services recognized by Party A and warrant that all technical indices related are in compliance with Party A’s demands.
2.1.1 Mobile anti-spamming means the act to automatically identify spam and silently put it into trash, with spam filtering database upgrades provided.
2.1.2 Privacy data protection is designed to protect private contacts, with all SMSs and call records accessed only by inputting password so as to protect privacies of the user.
2.1.3 Mobile anti-virus is designed to detect and remove mobile virus, Trojan, spyware, malware and other malicious software, with frequent virus database updates provided.
2.2 The specific form and steps are stated as follows:
2.2.1 The Parties agree to apply the mobile anti-spamming and privacy protection services and products of Party B (hereinafter referred to as SMS filtering) into Party A’s optional businesses, and Party A shall choose its branches from 2 to 3 provinces to carry out pilot operation before commercialization. Upon completion of the pilot operation, the Parties shall negotiate and decide a specific cooperation plan, and a service agreement shall be entered into separately.
2.2.2 With respect to mobile anti-virus service (hereinafter referred to as Mobile Security), Party B shall apply for treasure chest download and SMS, WAP and other innovated service channels in line with relevant business provisions of Party A.
2.3 Meanwhile Party B shall provide all necessary supports required for cooperation to Party A, including without limitation the product design, R&D, troubleshooting, service update, expansion, market promotion and suggestions and customer services.
Service Contents. 5.1 In order for Party A to use Alibaba Cloud products more accurately and conveniently, Party B provides technical consulting services for professional and technical personnel. For details, see below: ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ consulting service Collect and analyze the configuration information of the cloud environment, including the relevant information of computing, network and storage resources; Assess whether the current business environment is suitable for going to the cloud and complete instructions; Evaluate the possible problems of the cloud in the customer’s current business environment and propose optimization suggestions. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ planning service Comprehensively plan the network resources on the cloud (subnet, routing, ACL, firewall, load balancing); Provide suggestions on the model selection of Alibaba Cloud systems used by customers after they go to the cloud, and provide a list of products; According to the actual needs of users, we will make a comprehensive planning and design for the deployment of users’ business applications in the cloud, including comprehensive design of elastic scaling, load balancing, high availability and resource scheduling. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ delivery service Help customers purchase related products according to the product selection list; Help customers deploy and configure Alibaba Cloud products according to customer network and business application plans; Provides migration services for 5 ECS and below to the cloud (excluding databases).

Service Contents. 1. Point-based course plans: 1-a. Party A purchases points from Party B. One dollar ($1 USD) is equivalent to one point. Payment will be settled in Taiwan dollars, and the exchange rate will be converted into Taiwan dollars based on the exchange rate of the card issuing bank.
