Shift Schedule Changes Sample Clauses

The Shift Schedule Changes clause grants the employer the authority to modify employees' work schedules as needed. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying employees of changes, such as requiring advance notice or specifying how changes will be communicated. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the employer to adapt staffing to operational demands while setting expectations for employees regarding potential adjustments to their shifts.
