Strengthen Countermeasures and Mitigation Sample Clauses

The "Strengthen Countermeasures and Mitigation" clause requires parties to enhance their efforts to prevent, detect, and respond to potential risks or adverse events. In practice, this may involve implementing more robust security protocols, increasing monitoring activities, or updating contingency plans to address new threats. The core function of this clause is to ensure that parties proactively manage and reduce risks, thereby minimizing potential harm and improving overall resilience.
