Supervisory Allowance Clause Samples

A Supervisory Allowance clause establishes an additional payment or compensation for employees who take on supervisory responsibilities beyond their standard duties. Typically, this allowance is provided to staff members who are required to oversee other employees, manage teams, or perform leadership functions, and it is often calculated as a fixed amount or a percentage of base salary. The core purpose of this clause is to recognize and fairly compensate employees for the extra workload and accountability associated with supervisory roles, thereby ensuring equitable treatment and incentivizing staff to accept leadership assignments.
