Supervisory Allowance. Where an employee is temporarily required by the Employer to supervise a group of employees for one half (½) working day or longer, he/she shall receive substitution pay pursuant to Article 27.3.
Supervisory Allowance. (a) A supervisory allowance is payable for all hours actually worked by staff below the level of Job Grade 4A, when performing the duties associated with the role of Senior Pool Attendant.
