All Purpose Allowance. (a) An all purpose allowance will be paid to inspectors who work shifts in accordance with the approved roster. The all purpose allowance will be based on the approved roster and calculated in accordance with the provisions of clause 21(2) of the Award. (b) The all purpose allowance shall be calculated as: (i) the shift allowance, and weekend penalties, and public holiday penalties (50 per cent rostered on, 50 percent rostered off), that an inspector would otherwise be paid by working to the approved roster according to the Award, and (ii) an allowance for being on call during meal periods when assigned to the Burswood International Resort Casino and/or the Lotteries Commission of Western Australia, being fifty (50) percent the total meal period time at those venues multiplied by 1.5 times the hourly salary rate. (iii) Employees will be paid an all purpose allowance comprising of their base salary rate plus the aggregate of (i) and (ii). (iv) Should the allowance rates comprising the all purpose allowance be revised during the life of this agreement the allowance paid to each inspector will be recalculated to reflect the revised rates. (v) The all purpose allowance will count for all purposes. (vi) In return for the benefits offered by the all purpose allowance, employees are expected to provide greater flexibility in regards to roster changes and accessibility than provided for under clause 21 (3)(d) & (e) of the Award.
All Purpose Allowance. An All-Purpose Allowance should be added to the Employee’s relevant Ordinary hourly rate of pay to establish the All-Purpose Rate of Pay. This is then the basis for calculating overtime, shift loadings and casual rates, as well as being the rate to be used for all approved paid leave i.e., they are included for “all purposes.” All-Purpose Rate of Pay or All- Purpose Rate The minimum hourly wage rates payable to Employees for working Ordinary Hours plus any All-Purpose Allowances. Award The Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020 as amended from time to time. Continuous Service Service with the Employer as one continuous or non-interrupted basis. Industrial action, unauthorised absences and authorised unpaid leave (except where specified otherwise) do not break the period of continuous service, but do not count as service when calculating that part which is continuous. Continuous Shift Worker An Employee engaged to work in a system of consecutive shifts throughout the twenty-four (24) hours of each of at least six (6) consecutive days without interruption (except during breakdown or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Employer) and who is regularly rostered to work those shifts. Employer Close Down A period during which the Employer decides to suspend work on the Project Site for all or a majority of the workforce. Flat Allowance Flat Allowances may be expressed as hourly, daily, or weekly amounts. They are a set flat amount and are not included for calculating overtime or shift premiums. Ordinary Hours An average thirty-six (36) hours per week, worked between the hours of 6.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday each week or worked at other times outside of these hours in the case of shift Employees. Ordinary Hours plus RDO accrual hours are worked by Employees each day prior to qualifying for payment of overtime penalties. Ordinary Hourly Rate of Pay or Ordinary Hourly Rate The minimum hourly wage rates payable to Employees for working Ordinary Hours. Project Working Hours Project Working hours consist of Ordinary Hours, RDO accrual hours and regular scheduled overtime. An employee may be required to work reasonable additional overtime as required by the Employer and as set out in Clause 22 of this Agreement.
All Purpose Allowance. An All Purpose payment as outlined in Schedule 2 will be payable to an employee who is qualified to perform or holds one or more of the following • Multi aircraft endorsement; • Auto Hover; • Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR).
All Purpose Allowance. ⮚ Electrical Fire Technicians and Sprinkler Fitters will be paid an All Purpose Allowance for days worked, up to a maximum of 5 days per week. This allowance will be paid as per the applicable rate contained Appendix A of this Agreement.

All Purpose Allowance. An all-purpose allowance of $11.00 per week shall be paid to employees covered by the United Goninan Limited – Taree Operation Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2006.   • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Vehicle Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a vehicle allowance of $1,000 per month, subject to future increases as may be granted to senior executives.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Altona Area Allowance As of 1 March 2024 an Employee within a 8 km radius from the intersection of Kororoit Creek Road and Millers Road, Altona shall, when employed on chemical or petrochemical plants or on commercial or industrial construction jobs within 1 km of the nearest part of the perimeter of such plants or within the perimeter of storage tank farms, be paid an all- purpose allowance of $1.55 per hour extra. This allowance will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025 rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Overtime Meal Allowance Employees required to work more than two (2) hours overtime consecutive with a shift shall be provided with a meal by the Employer.
