Voluntary Programs. Any employee may participate in any other District/Association approved voluntary programs; however, all premiums will be paid from payroll deductions. These premiums/payroll deductions will not be included in any pooling calculations.
Voluntary Programs. The parties shall provide each other reasonable advance notice of the initiation or discontinuance of all voluntary programs such as bond campaigns, blood programs, fund drives, etc. When requested, appropriate bargaining will be held. The parties agree that employee participation in the Combined Federal Campaign, blood donor drives, bond campaigns and other worthy projects will be on a voluntary basis. This does not preclude publicizing such projects and encouraging employees to contribute.

Where reasonably possible, CRA will identify the number of positions for reduction in advance of the voluntary programs commencing; (c) Take place after affected letters have been delivered to employees; (d) Take place before CRA engages in its retention process; (e) Provide for a minimum of 30 calendar days for employees to decide whether they wish to participate; (f) Allow employees to select options 6.3.1 (b), (c)i or (c)ii; (g) Provide that when the number of volunteers is larger than the required number of positions to be eliminated volunteers will be selected based on seniority (total years of service in the public service, whether continuous or discontinuous).

Such programs shall: a) Be the subject of meaningful consultation through the joint union-management consultation committee; b) Voluntary programs shall not be used to exceed reduction targets. Where reasonably possible, the Centre will identify the number of positions for reduction in advance of the voluntary programs commencing; c) Take place after affected letters have been delivered to employees; d) Provide for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for employees to decide whether they wish to participate; e) Provide employees with options in accordance with clause 53.25; f) Provide that when the number of volunteers is larger than the required number of positions to be eliminated, volunteers will be selected based on years of service. Voluntary Programs. Employees will not be required to participate in voluntary programs such as the Combined Federal Campaign, savings bonds, and employee association activities. Oral presentation of such program will not state or imply that such participation is expected or mandatory. The Union will be given the opportunity to be present at oral presentations.

The Association shall continue the mandatory employee paid WEA Select 15K decreasing term life insurance and AD&D policy at a cost of $2.10 per member per month.

Voluntary Programs. It is understood and agreed that from time to time the Landlord may institute certain programs for the Property which the Landlord believes will be in the best interest of the Property and the tenants. Such programs shall include, but shall not be limited to a recycling program or a ride sharing or car pooling program.
