Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions. The "Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions" applicable to employees in the crafts and classifications of work subject to this Agreement shall be those contained in this Agreement and in Agreements in effect between the Producers, on the one hand, and the IATSE and the respective West Coast Studio Locals, on the other hand, which Agreements shall be controlled by and subject to this Agreement. Specifically with respect to the wage scales, hours of employment and working conditions applicable to employees employed on digitally-recorded television motion pictures,1 the following shall govern:
1 During the 2015 negotiations, the parties agreed to incorporate the provisions of the 2012 Supplemental Digital Production Agreement (the "Digital Agreement"), which applied to digitally-recorded television motion pictures, in the Videotape Electronics Supplemental Basic Agreement ("Videotape Agreement") and the West Coast Studio Local Agreements as provided herein.
(a) The wage scales, hours of employment and working conditions set forth in the Videotape Agreement shall apply to employees employed on non-dramatic and non-prime time dramatic television motion pictures recorded digitally.
(b) The wage scales, hours of employment and working conditions set forth in the "Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions" in the West Coast Studio Local Agreements shall apply to employees employed on one-hour and long-form prime time2 dramatic3 television motion pictures recorded digitally.
(c) The wage scales set forth in the West Coast Studio Local Agreements, and the working conditions set forth in the Videotape Agreement, shall apply to employees employed on one-half hour prime time dramatic television motion pictures recorded digitally, except that:
(1) Paragraphs 5 ("Night Premiums") and 10 ("Call-backs") of the West Coast Studio Local Agreements shall apply in lieu of Paragraphs 16 ("Night Premiums") and 28 ("Call-backs") of the Videotape Agreement for employees employed on one-half hour single camera prime time dramatic television motion pictures recorded digitally;
(2) The special conditions set forth in Sideletter No. 1 to the Videotape Agreement shall apply to employees employed on one-half hour pilots recorded digitally;
(3) The special conditions set forth in Sideletter No. 2 of the Videotape Agreement shall apply to employees employed on one-half hour single camera prime time dramatic television series recorded digitally, the production...

Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions. Wage scales, hours of employment and working conditions shall be as set forth in the Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions attached hereto.
A. The rates of pay now being received by any employee shall not be decreased by reason of the execution of this Agreement.
B. It is recognized that weekly employees in classifications covered by this Agreement who are exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and whose rate is higher than one hundred ten percent (110%) of the applicable Journey rate may, at the Producer's option, be considered on an "on call" basis if mutually agreeable with the employee. An employee placed in such category shall not be subject to the provisions set forth in Article 5 ("HOURS") of this Agreement for work performed on a regularly-scheduled workday as provided in Article 5 hereof and may be required to work additional hours as required during those days. If an employee employed pursuant to this paragraph shall be required to work a sixth or seventh workday as defined in this Agreement, then the employee shall be paid one and one- half (1½) times one-fifth (1/5) of the minimum basic weekly rate provided herein for such employee's classification for each day so worked, rather than as provided in Article 5, Paragraph A.
C. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent any individual from negotiating and obtaining from the Producer better conditions and terms of employment than those herein provided. Further, the Union and the Producer agree that the Producer shall have the right to adjust compensation, conditions and benefits at the sole discretion of the Producer, but in no event less than the applicable minimum compensation, conditions and benefits provided herein for such employee's classification. For any employee whose salary is in excess of one hundred ten percent (110%) of the minimum scale required hereunder, any premium time payments required under this Agreement may be credited, to the extent legally permissible, to all overtime payments required under this Agreement.
D. If an employee shall be engaged in more than one (1) classification of work during any workweek, the employee shall be paid on a pro rata basis for time spent in each classification.

Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions. This Agreement will not become effective unless and until it is approved by the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada. Following such approval, payment of wage scales will be effective retroactive to February 17, 2002. All other economic benefits and working conditions will be effective as of October 16, 2002.

C. Supervisors engaged by the Employer may be covered by this Agreement for Pension and Health contributions. Such contributions shall be on the same basis as set forth in Paragraph B. above.
D. Employees loaned out by Employer shall receive at least the hourly rate provided herein for such employee's classification. Whenever an employee so loaned out by Employer is actually subjected to any additional expense because of such loan out, then she/he shall be compensated therefore by the borrowing Employer.
E. Technological Change
Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions. Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions for musicians shall be as set forth in the “Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions” attached hereto, and shall be effective as of December 1, 2005.

Wage Scales, Hours of Employment and Working Conditions. The parties entered into this Agreement based upon the understanding that it would not be effective until ratified by the membership of the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada. As the Agreement has been so ratified, the parties agree that the provisions herein including the wage scales, shall be effective as of January 26, 2020, the Sunday following the date that the AMPTP received notice of ratification, except to the extent a different date is specified.
