Working Equipment. Necessary working equipment shall be provided by the Employer when required by the Employer. Ownership of a vehicle shall not be a condition of employment.

Working Equipment. 41.01 Working Equipment shall be provided to employees and paid for by the Employer. It shall be the employees’ responsibility to report the loss or damage of any equipment immediately, as it becomes known to the employee. 41.02 It is the obligation of the employee to take reasonable care of such equipment. It is the obligation of the Employer reasonably to maintain such equipment. 41.03 Where the Employer requires a certain “look” with respect to on-air hosts the Employer will provide items and services such as clothing, makeup services and hair styling as necessary. Provision of such items and services will be provided as much as possible through sponsorship agreements and will not involve to the extent possible any monetary payments from the Employer. Where monetary payments are necessary, they shall be made with due regard to existing budgetary constraints. Exceptions to this protocol will be discussed between the Employer and the Union on a case by case basis.

Working Equipment. 11.1 The Company will supply the Employee with such equipment that the Company finds necessary for the Employee’s performance of the Employee’s duties. However, the Parties agree that the Employee will keep his current phone number (which is registered with him personally) and that he shall be reimbursed for the subscription fees. The Employee will maintain the work equipment in good condition and agrees to comply with the Company’s policies regarding the use of Company property such as computer, mobile phone, e-mail systems, internet services and software. 11.2 The Employee acknowledges that the Company has complete access to all data, files, and e-mail correspondence (including any private e-mail correspondence) as well as a full overview of the internet usage that is stored on or performed using the Company’s IT systems.

Working Equipment. 30.1 Bluewater Power shall supply without expense to each employee a full kit of tools and such employee will be responsible for the safekeeping of the same. Any loss other than ordinary wear and tear will be replaced at the employee’s expense. 30.2 Bluewater Power shall supply without expense to the employee: rubber gloves and covers, rubber boots, coats, spurs, belts, flash goggles, safety hats and liners, and necessary tools to all employees when required, as well as the necessary equipment for covering live apparatus, on the strict understanding that each employee shall make the best use of such equipment for his own safety and the protection of others. 30.3 All accident prevention equipment shall be kept at high standard of efficiency. All rubber gloves shall be tested frequently. Each employee shall report any defect in tools, vehicles or safety equipment to his/her immediate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in writing. (Forms to be supplied by Bluewater Power). 30.4 Bluewater Power shall provide leather working gloves on a replacement basis to the following classifications: Substation Maintenance Electricians, Linemen, Foresters, Utility Labourer, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Stockkeepers, Meter Technicians, Water Heater Technicians, Line/Locator Inspector and Customer Service Field Representatives. The first pair will be purchased by the employee and will be replaced by Bluewater Power when the old pair is considered no longer serviceable and is turned into the Stockkeeper for replacement. 30.5 On receipt of an invoice Bluewater Power will pay the below amounts or the invoice price submitted by the employee, whichever is less, and that these allowances can be allowed to accumulate for two (2) years. Bluewater Power shall supply an allowance to: (a) Motor Vehicle Mechanics up to a maximum of $355.00 per year towards the cost of safety boots, smocks or overalls, shirts and trousers, or any combination; (b) Stockkeepers, Operators, Utility Labourer and Draftperson up to maximum of $100.00 per year toward the cost of overalls, shirts and trousers, or any combination. (c) Linemen, Substation Maintenance Electricians, Foresters, Line/Locator Inspector, Meter Technicians, Line Technicians, Heavy Equipment Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator Assistant and Electrician up to a maximum of $145 per year toward the cost of safety boots. (d) Up to $125.00 per year towards the cost of safety boots for all other employees required by Management to wear them. 30.6 Bluewater Power has provided ...

Working Equipment. A. Performer will be responsible for helping to maintain costumes and accessories in a like-new, first-class condition during the entire term of this Agreement by reporting costume repairs in writing as needed to the wardrobe maintenance person at the close of each performing day, by replacing costumes and props in their proper storage places after each performance. B. Performer is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of costumes and accessories that are lost or are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear. C. Performer is responsible for wearing costumes exactly as finalized by the Company for the duration of the show and must comply with the rules and regulations for costume care, maintenance and cleaning. D. Performer cannot change the script, lyrics, choreography or staging without the approval of the Company. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate dismissal.

Working Equipment. 44.1 The Employer will provide all necessary and efficient working equipment at its expense. It is the obligation of the Employer to maintain such equipment in a reasonable state of repair. Such equipment shall be obtained from reputable suppliers who are able and willing to give advice and assistance in resolving any problems that may arise. The Employer will endeavour to supply adjustable, ergonomically sound equipment such as desks, chairs, keyboards etc. as a matter of course, and will make a reasonable effort to meet reasonable requests for the provision of specific items identified by employees. 44.2 It is the obligation of the employee to take reasonable care of all such equipment. It shall be the employee’s responsibility to report the loss or damage of any equipment immediately as it becomes known to the employee.

Working Equipment. 30.01 The Corporation will supply all necessary tools and equipment to carry out the duties of the Corporation and employees will be supplied with the following: (a) Work gloves of good quality; (b) Safety goggles; (c) Prescription safety glasses where required to interface with other protective equipment; (d) Adequate hearing protection to be issued to each employee and re- placed when worn out or job type change; It being understood that employees are obliged to wear such articles when required to do so. 30.02 The Corporation will maintain all working equipment that has to be used, so that it is in a safe operating condition. If an employee is aware that any working equipment, that is required to be used, is not in a safe operating condition then that employee is to report that fact to his/her immediate Supervisor.

Working Equipment. 25.01 The Corporation will supply employees in the different classifications, without expense to the employee, essential equipment required to carry out their duties. Employees will be responsible for equipment issued to them and the same must be returned to the Corporation upon request. All reissued equipment will be on an exchange basis with exception of lost tools which is limited to $25.00 per calendar year. 25.02 It is agreed that this equipment will not be loaned, sold or used for purposes other than the employment for which it was issued. 25.03 The Corporation shall pay the renewal fee for a DZ driver’s licence. The Employer shall also pay the full cost of any medical examination required for the renewal of a DZ driver’s license.
