Working Equipment. The Employer is responsible for providing and maintaining, when necessary and at no cost to the employee, any equipment required for the performance of the employee's duties.

However, the Parties agree that the Employee will keep his current phone number (which is registered with him personally) and that he shall be reimbursed for the subscription fees. The Employee will maintain the work equipment in good condition and agrees to comply with the Company’s policies regarding the use of Company property such as computer, mobile phone, e-mail systems, internet services and software. 11.2 The Employee acknowledges that the Company has complete access to all data, files, and e-mail correspondence (including any private e-mail correspondence) as well as a full overview of the internet usage that is stored on or performed using the Company’s IT systems.
Working Equipment. 30.1 Bluewater Power shall supply without expense to each employee a full kit of tools and such employee will be responsible for the safekeeping of the same. (Forms to be supplied by Bluewater Power). 30.4 Bluewater Power shall provide leather working gloves on a replacement basis to the following classifications: Substation Maintenance Electricians, Linemen, Foresters, Utility Labourer, Motor Vehicle Mechanics, Stockkeepers, Meter Technicians, Water Heater Technicians, Line/Locator Inspector and Customer Service Field Representatives. The first pair will be purchased by the employee and will be replaced by Bluewater Power when the old pair is considered no longer serviceable and is turned into the Stockkeeper for replacement. 30.5 On receipt of an invoice Bluewater Power will pay the below amounts or the invoice price submitted by the employee, whichever is less, and that these allowances can be allowed to accumulate for two (2) years. Bluewater Power shall supply an allowance to: (a) Motor Vehicle Mechanics up to a maximum of $355.00 per year towards the cost of safety boots, smocks or overalls, shirts and trousers, or any combination; (b) Stockkeepers, Operators, Utility Labourer and Draftperson up to maximum of $100.00 per year toward the cost of overalls, shirts and trousers, or any combination. (c) Linemen, Substation Maintenance Electricians, Foresters, Line/Locator Inspector, Meter Technicians, Line Technicians, Heavy Equipment Operator, Heavy Equipment Operator Assistant and Electrician up to a maximum of $145 per year toward the cost of safety boots. Working Equipment. A. Performer will be responsible for helping to maintain costumes and accessories in a like-new, first-class condition during the entire term of this Agreement by reporting costume repairs in writing as needed to the wardrobe maintenance person at the close of each performing day, by replacing costumes and props in their proper storage places after each performance. B. Performer is responsible for the repair or replacement cost of costumes and accessories that are lost or are damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear. C. Performer is responsible for wearing costumes exactly as finalized by the Company for the duration of the show and must comply with the rules and regulations for costume care, maintenance and cleaning. D. Performer cannot change the script, lyrics, choreography or staging without the approval of the Company. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in immediate dismissal.

If an employee is aware that any working equipment, that is required to be used, is not in a safe operating condition then that employee is to report that fact to his/her immediate Supervisor.
