Workplace Change a. The Plant Committee and relevant Area Committee shall be provided with the earliest practicable notification of any plan to significantly modify or change in any way machinery, equipment, controls, materials, software, work organization or any other work process that could directly or indirectly impact Employees (a Workplace Change). Such notification shall include: (1) a description of the purpose, function and established timetable of the Workplace Change, and how it would fit into existing operations and processes; (2) the estimated cost of the proposed Workplace Change including justification; (3) disclosure of any service or maintenance warranties or contracts provided or required by the vendor (if any); (4) the number and type of jobs (both inside and outside the bargaining unit) which would be impacted; (5) the anticipated impact on the skill requirements of the workforce; (6) details of any training programs connected with the Workplace Change (including duration, content and who will perform the training); and (7) the expected impact on job content, method of work, safety and health, training needs and the utilization of Outside Entities. b. Union representatives on the Plant Committee and the relevant Area Committee may request and shall receive reasonable access to Company personnel knowledgeable about any proposed Workplace Change in order to review, discuss and receive follow-up information.
Workplace Change. 6.01 The Company and the Association will form a Workplace Change Committee consisting of two (2) employees chosen by the Association and two (2) representatives chosen by the Company. The purpose of the Committee is to demonstrate the commitment by the SEA and the Company to work together on the following: • Improving communication • Giving employees an opportunity to improve and broaden their operational, maintenance, relationship and administrative skills as supported by appropriate training. Examples of these activities might be machine lubrication, minor machine adjustments, warehouse cycle counting, instrument calibrations, etc. • The Committee will ensure meaningful and relevant input is provided during development, training and implementation of any changes as described above By working together in this enhanced fashion, the Company and the SEA believe we have the best chance to achieve operational excellence and create a sustainable workplace of which we will be proud. Nothing in this Article shall be construed as limiting the rights of the SEA or the employees under the provisions of this Collective Agreement.
Workplace Change. From time to time there will be changes to working procedures and practices within the Employer’s business to increase business efficiency. Workplace Change. When a decision has been made to introduce major changes in program, service, organisation, structure or technology, which are likely to have significant effect on employees, Australian Red Cross will notify the employees affected by the proposed changes at the earliest possible convenience. Australian Red Cross (WA Division) will discuss with employees the likely effect of the changes and the measures to avoid or mitigate any possible adverse effects on the employees. Australian Red Cross (WA Division) will give prompt consideration to all matters raised by the employees. An employee may appoint another person to act on her/his behalf in any discussions relating to workplace change.
Workplace Change. 2.3.1 The parties recognise that the Corporation is influenced by various internal and external factors, including: (a) changes in the Local Government Act 1999 (as amended); (b) ongoing organisational structure and process review; (c) the Corporation’s financial position; (d) strategic direction of Council; (e) feasibility studies. 2.3.2 The parties also recognise the rights and responsibility of the Corporation to make decisions affecting the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of its business and agree that the Corporation may implement changes to its operations related to matters that are not within the framework of this Agreement. 2.3.3 In situations where the implementation of changes is likely to have significant effects on employees, the Corporation undertakes to notify employees and Unions specifying the proposed changes and the effects of the changes. 2.3.4 Where the Corporation undertakes a feasibility study which may have significant effects, the Corporation shall: (a) discuss with the employees affected and their chosen representative (which may include a Union representative), among other things, the changes being considered, the basis for such contemplated changes, the significant effects such changes are likely to have on employees, measures which can be taken to eliminate or lessen any adverse effects on employees and shall give due consideration to matters raised and alternatives submitted by the employees, their representative and/or Unions in relation to the contemplated changes.
Workplace Change. ‌ 32.1 Employees and, where they choose, a nominated representative, will be provided with opportunities to provide timely input into the decision making processes of the Centre. 32.2 The provisions of this clause apply to the introduction of a major change that is likely to result in significant effect on Employees within the Centre. 32.3 Major change is likely to have significant effect on Employees if it results in: redundancy; changed hours of operation; a change to the composition, operation or size of the Centre’s workforce or in the skills required where this will have a material impact on the day to day work practices of Employees; job structuring, technological or structural change where this will have a material impact on the day to day work practices of Employees; or changes to Employer policies and procedures which have a significant and material impact on the Centre. Provided that where this Agreement makes provision for variation of any of these matters the variation is deemed not to have significant effect.

Workplace Change. 26.1 The nature of the work undertaken by Clariant means that from time to time, as a result of changes to the business, it is necessary to deploy employees across the business more effectively and efficiently. 26.2 Employees will perform such role, functions and duties as required by Clariant from time to time to deal with changing business needs and customer demands. 26.3 In consultation with employees concerned changes or improvement in the physical structure of the plant and equipment may require different shift patterns and rosters.
